FYI, as if I-9 requirements weren't federally mandated for workers, all of elon's profit-making enterprises are under ITAR.
The feds are straight-up openly attempting to tear down 2 separate federal laws by suing Elon for obeying them.
They're not alleging he's discriminating against legal immigrants.
They're alleging refusing to hire ILLEGALS (as REQUIRED by the IRCA and ITAR)
The allegation filings specifically say he's ONLY hiring us citizens and persons holding other valid I-9 documents such as green cards (ITAR requires further restrictions than just IRCA, btw, I suspect simple work permits are not enough).
They are literally suing him for obeying federal immigration law and arms control laws.
I-9 requirements have been quietly under lawfare by communists and "cheap labor" NGO's for decades, going after small and medium businesses with claims of "discrimination" for merely requiring valid I-9 documents, knowing they will settle because they lack the resources to litigate all the way to the Supreme Court.
Biden's corrupt cronies are now doing this in the open.
