He's legitimately so fucking fat that I can't even try to gauge his proportions, if I'm being honest. Like look at how the nigga's arms splay out, is this the closest he can even get to resting them at his sides? Are his legs actually as short as they look, or do his stretch pants just not stay put any higher than this because of whatever in the name of fuck is going on with the fat distribution around his lipedema thighs and lower fupa region? I can't even tell where his skeleton is supposed to be. Even if we rule out the possibility that he only looks short because he's a fucking sphere, it might actually be the case that he was measured at 5'9" like around the age of 19 or thereabouts and avoided being measured ever again so that he can avoid acknowledging that he's shrunk a good 3" since. We all saw what being a virtually immobile lardass with an appalling diet and drug habit who has never so much as lifted a finger to take even minimal care of himself for 40+ years did to his teeth, once you add in what his posture must be like or the fat contorting his skeleton and putting unbelievable stress on it in weird places, his vertebra can't be holding up much better.

Imagine inflicting manlet status on yourself because you ate too many fucking corndogs.
