Taking something to trial costs $75,000 and if July sues them as individuals then I'm pretty sure they will need separate attorneys due to a conflict of interest. Like either Dick is going to have to pay for Vito's defense (LOL NOT HAPPENING) and have their defense represented collectively, or they're going to hire attorneys individually and then their defense will be oppositional, i.e. "dick did this, not me" and "vito did that, not me".
