I watched some of Tuesdays with Cecil in the background a couple of days ago.

He had Alex Stein on and they were clowning around pretending EVS was mad at Cecil for not inviting him on and that EVS was streaming concurrently talking shit.

Did I miss the joke that EVS was unavailable because he was ill?

Frog got fake butthurt that Cecil didn't send the streamyard link fast enough, so he started his own stream with a title like "New Cecil is Boring" or some shit. Frog was also fake weirded out because at one point in Cecil's stream one of the women emptied her purse to show her "tampons and dildos"(frogs words. I didn't watch any of Cecil's stream so I don't know if this is true). At one point Alex Stein was a guest on both streams at the same time.

Over the years, I’ve dealt with my share of silly people on the internet. I’ve been blessed to be successful in several different industries. With each new milestone, comes a new flock of haters that take issue with it. They work overtime like new challengers that believe they'll be the one to ruin me. Their frustration multiplies because their efforts to derail have been unsuccessful.

I’ve dealt with things from threats to libelous claims that have only increased in volume; I roll with the punches and even have some fun with it. Constantly, people have insisted we take legal action after seeing some of the claims that have been made about myself and the company. I believe that they think this bad behavior is permissible for two reasons:

1. I’m rough around the edges. This makes them feel justified in whatever they do, no matter how foul it is.
2. They know my core beliefs (such as being libertarian). Some believe they can use my own principles against me; principles that they don’t abide by. There is no reciprocity here and I'm not foolish enough to be idealistic. If presented the opportunity, they’d use the State to destroy everything it is that I have. Some have attempted.... and failed miserably.

The explosion of The Rippaverse has added a new element that I take very seriously. The dynamics have changed. I now employ and contract dozens of people. Their livelihoods are dependent on this company, and thus ME. Recently, certain individuals thought to ramp up their hatred which has led to egregiously false claims about the company, doxing, and threats aimed at innocent people that are connected to me. For a while there, we continued to roll with the punches. We’ve just been collecting receipts.

But something was attempted earlier this month that crosses the line and they made a critical error in the process. We’ll be handling the matter privately... for now. No longer are we going to be as loose or forgiving, and certain things will not go unaddressed.

We’re going to keep thriving. The Rippaverse cannot be stopped and we’re going to continue to expand on this universe, giving the customers what they want. We will soldier on!

This was the first read thru of the suit I know of the day it broke and the best thumbnail (if you are looking for more notable channels to review it has since has been read by -links- Drunken Peasants, Ethan Van Sciver, Nick Rekieta, and Dick Masterson) The best point brought up by Geek Getaway and Drunken Peasants is there are 5 John Does also part of the July & Rippa LLC that owns Rippaverse that Good Shepard is seeking to reveal the identities of. Will this reveal an angel investor? There has been a lot of speculation about Glenn Beck/the Blaze funding Rippaverse this may put that to rest.

The focus is on this email included in the lawsuit presumably a fan of The Dick show and/or The Biggest Problem in the Universe. They have contacted International School of Ministry to ask them about ISOM the comic book by Eric July and what they think about it. This is "they ghey opps" July refers to. This will soon be used to charge up Rippa's angry parasocial following against Dick and Vito!

As I am sure you know, ISOM #1, the first comicbook in the Rippaverse extended universe by Black Libertarian Eric D. As Mr. July also does some work with the Blazetv.com, former Fox News Host Glenn Beck's network, I love to see such amazing cooperation being done to create such amazing packages and such a unique character who also can be a beacon to young Black men and women, which is currently lacking.
I would be curious to know when the decision was made to make a comicbook character using the same name as the International School of Ministry, has Mr. July received any funding to aid him in the creation of super hero Isom, info on the choice to have Isom have an image of the cross on his belt, what we can hope to see with the continuation of ISOM on his journey to rescue Jasmine from prostitution, and if you could the amazing choice to offer buyers the option to donate a copy of ISOM # 2 for just $17.50 to help children who are hospitalized. Totally on the record, if you please!

He's already in one lolsuit. Open the attachments it's real. (EDIT now in PNG form in my post below) If Rippa also gets in a defamation lawsuit against Dick and Vito at the same time as a trademark dispute then Rippa has truly entered the Peggaverse ala Preston Poulter as prophesized by our @Mister Dongs in early 2022
