Sorry, while you are gun sperging, and I take it you are from the USA, is it standard or mandatory for a gun safe to be required for any firearms in the US?
In the EU and Britain, while I can’t speak 100% for every country, it’s common that a gun owner has to have the guns stored in a safe while not using.
British law clearly stipulates too that ammunition has to be stored in a separate safe and said safes have to be behind an additional locked door.

I realize that with things like open/concealed carry and people who live in rented accommodation in the US, this wouldn’t be practical for all forms of gun ownership, but are certain weapons subject to additional regulation?

It's a bit off-topic from the usual patposting, but I will expound on NFA a little bit, there are two classes of firearms in the United States, Title II firearms are the above short barreled rifles/shotguns, suppressors, machine guns, and AOW (which is just firearms that don't fit into a neat category, like cane guns, things like that). You have to undergo a separate background check process and receive specific approval on top of paying a $200 tax stamp for each item. It's a more involved process overall and private transfer without paying the tax stamp and going through the process to transfer the item is illegal.

Other guns that don't fit into any of the above categories are Title I, normal background check and restrictions apply and there isn't a tax stamp involved. My trap shotgun with a 26 inch barrel is a Title I firearm. If you cut the barrel way down to like 10-12 inches, it becomes a Title II firearm and becomes subject to the National Firearms Act and thus, safe storage rules apply.

If he was actually harassing Pat in the courtroom, then no matter what Fat was doing or saying, the Judge and court security would have told him to behave or just simply removed him.

Dan should sue her for defamation, and get someone to claim that they were going to pay him a large sum of money but have now rescinded the offer on the basis of her tweet.

That way he can sue for damages too.

Thats why people when they get shot either just drop or don't notice for a few seconds, instead of getting blown off their feet like 80's Action movies.
I've seen pictures of bad bruises from people who have been hit with higher caliber rifle rounds that were stopped by armor, normally pistol caliber rounds don't have much force.
I still wouldn't want to get hit with a .308, or 7.62, let alone something like a .338 LM, or a solid 12 gauge slug.
That guy who gets people to shoot him to test his armor is fucking nuts.

No, the mini-rant was not addressed by the judge, simply because the oinking took place before Sosnay walked in. Once the judge was present, Patso didn't say shit. Matter of fact, I think the only three words he uttered on the record were "Yes, Your Honor" towards the end when asked if he understood the morning's agreements. All the other talking on record was between the judge and the lawyers.

So, fire up your best AI voice generators and please do have fun. Here it is to the best of my recollection:

OBSERVER #1 enters the courtroom and sits in the front. At the bench are the DEPUTY CLERK, the BAILIFF, and the COURT REPORTER; at the Plaintiff's table is ATTY. PAWLOWSKI; at the Defendant's table are ATTY. MCCABE and PATRICK S. TOMLINSON. Nobody else is present and the room is quiet. Patrick, having been facing forward, turns around toward the door.

JUDGE SOSNAY enters the room, shortly followed by OBSERVER #3 aka Big Dick Andrew. BDA takes a seat in the back next to Dan, Sosnay proclaims that court is in session, and the record begins.
