I imagine some disaffected BernieBro who has somehow managed to stay in his middle-management public relations position in the DNC all these years, intentionally bringing up really dumb ideas in the weekly PR meetings, and since he's the only person under 80, the old boomers keep going with his ideas because he knows all about these "meme thingies".

Biden is zoinked out of his mind on dementia meds and anphetamines 24/7, his plan was to retire in 2016 and enjoy a very confortable life thanks to all the money Hunter made selling his brand. Then Trump ruined that and the Dems had to push someone in 2020, and he was the only one they could push to put in place without worrying about control. Now his wife has had the power goes to her head and she is man handling him around.

It's funny. Not the first time a Democrat president who is obviously unfit has his cabinet go and arrest a opposition leader. Woodrow Wilson in the last days of his presidency was pretty much unfit and his wife and the VP were running the show to a point they were keeping people from coming to the White House and ruling by letter.

Good luck with that. Judges are fundamentally cowards, they will always take the easiest route available to them. In this case, just throwing it out on standing issues.
