1. They couldn't get a gynaecologist to check barb? I'd say sleeping with Chris would give anyone at least a yeast infection and torn skin.
2. I don't get the autism/delulu defense. When murderers are proven to be "not guilty by reason of insanity" (they couldn't separate right from wrong in the moment of the murder) they still get put in an institution and under supervision. Shouldn't Chris be supervised by somebody? Maybe they think it's better he slowly dies from his mistakes.

(Of course Chris isn't that much of a danger aside being a retarded degenerate who raped his demented mother, but I'm just using murder cases as an example.)

They most certainly could have done a rape kit on Barb, but did the victim, in her dementia, give consent to another mentally ill retard? Sure, you can't give consent if you are compromised intellectually, but can an intellectually retarded perp even understand that if Barb gave consent that she was non compos mentis? It is retards all the way down.

I think what the whole deal was, is that the courts still see Chris as a feeble minded moron. They have no doubt in their minds that Chris took advantage of a dementia ridden Barb, why? Because he's brain damaged.

To us, it seems cut and dry. Chris wanted pussy and went right to Barb, calculating that she couldn't fight back or maybe even remember because she was just that far gone. But the courts ask, why? They settled on Chris isn't capable of being categorized as a person. A person who rapes someone and makes that choice is obviously messed up and evil, but Chris isn't capable of that sort of thought process, because he's a malformed human. Chris was given a slap on the wrist because the courts view him as such, and it's not his fault he's an oaf.

I think just because the charge ended, that doesn't let Chris out of the system. The autism deferral is a double edged sword, so while he might have gotten away with it, he did because he's a "vulnerable" member of society, thus the state can take him in. At least temporarily.

I'd be more interested in if Null produced a legal statement. I might be remembering wrong, but I think he said he called the local police as soon as he found out what was going on (I think there was another non-Janke person involved who also called the police, or maybe it was her instead of Null, or maybe it was just Null. Idk, the details are fuzzy for me). Idk if that actually means legal statement and/or evidence, though. But they might have been able to build some sort of case for at least incest if they had interviewed Null, considering Chris had been hinting at and revealing small details of his sexual relations with Barb over an extended period of time, through mostly text-based communications with Null.

Well, yeah. Murder is a heavier crime than rape and incest, and is a lot easier to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the standard for criminal convictions in this country.

I'm pretty sure she'd have to consent to such an examination. Unless maybe if she was actually ruled to be mentally incompetent, but then I think she'd probably have an advocate or something assigned to her who would still have to agree to it.
