I feel like my main point was missed or I didn't explain it properly. There's 2 main contentions with his claim for damages:

1. Vickers is suing for hypothetical damages. Ralph's statement could have lost him no business or all of his business. That is unknown at this time. Vickers needs evidence that potential, not hypothetical, money has been lost. It would be like if I sued Vickers for the millions of dollars in superchats I could be getting, if Vickers didn't call me a retard on his show.

2. He has to prove that it was Ralph's statements or that Ralph's statements were at least partially responsible for his lacerated butthole or whatever ailment he's suffering from was caused by the emotional damage he's claiming. Now, if Ralph weren't a complete wetbrain retard, he could easily make a list of factors that are more probable to have caused Vickers' disability (his physical one, not his mental one), including but not limited to; his health, his weight, his age, the stress induced by continuing his autistic crusade against Ralph, ect. Point is, there's a lot more factors that Ralph could argue, again if he weren't such a low IQ troglodyte, that are more likely to cause a loss in business and Matt's ailing health.

If Vickers does win this lawsuit it'll come down to a IF, AND, OR and BUT such as
