You have to prove that the statement, be it written (libel) or spoken on a public forum (slander), caused a loss of revenue or potential revenue, regardless of whether it comes in the form of monetary gain or benefit, in order to claim damages. Someone can't just claim Judge, my fees fees, gibs. They have to prove how that statement caused them to lose said revenue (IE: Ralph said X, it effected Y and therefore Vickers should be compensated due to Ralph's statement having a direct impact on Y).

Secondly, rumor and innuendo is typically not a form of slander, otherwise I'm pretty sure about half a dozen Youtubers would have been sued into the ground by now, especially when that rumor and innuendo comes via a third party (basically putting it in the realm of hearsay), UNLESS it makes a significant impact on a source of revenue or potential source of revenue. However, in that case, Vickers would have to sue Faith as well, seeing as she is named as the source of such rumor and innuendo.

It's just as funny the second time around. Though, I must admit that this time around I am impressed that Vickers' is able to maintain such a svelt figure while consuming a liter of cola and two bags of goyslop for lunch every day. Great job! Honestly the biggest thing that strikes me now from the video is the same thing from when it was first posted. It is entirely unsurprising that Vickers is the type of business owner who takes the bclosest parking parking spot, he legally can, instead of leaving it for the customer.

Accusations of pedophilia are generally considered defamation per se meaning they are defamation on their face. Vickers would not need to prove damages as calling him a pedophile is damaging itself unless California law is dramatically different than most states. Genius Anus claims Daiymo and The Council of Evil are flagging down Xaniberries accounts (people with Xaniberries in their name I think, not been paying attention). All fine and dandy except Daiymo has not been seen since his retirement video. The rest of the Council are off fucking trannies (for real) or being ogres, I really doubt it was them.

It is funny how distracted and upset Vickers is by chat but unfortunately I can't see chat atm, think it is still processing. Not sure if it is worth coming back to though.
