I think the weirdest/creepiest ones are the ones that are so subtle but just off enough that you aren't entirely sure they are some kind of niche fetish (but you are around 75% sure they are).
An example would be a video gets recommended to you - it's always a recommended video, never a sought after one - about something new and a little strange that you've never really been interested in but decide to watch it anyway. And something does feel off but the comments are mostly normal, peppered here and there with the occasional profile of a middle aged brown man with the last name Singhpreet or Rajindahar saying things like "i like wideo" and "nice"
The overtly obvious videos always seem to be recommendations, too...either that or I am just a boring guy with zero fetishes. But I have stumbled across some of these before. An example of this one would be like, maybe you've never expressed an interest in cigars or something. And you get recommended a cigar-related video that has a cool thumbnail or title that makes you go, "ah heck, I'll give it a watch". And it starts out normal but then eventually it's just footage of the guy smoking and looking into the camera and you start feeling something isn't quite right, so you scroll down to the comments and yep it's a fetish channel because everyone there is an old white man with their face as their profile picture and full name on display talking about how sexy the guy in the video's mouth is and asking him if he has cancer yet and to please document and videotape his deteriorating health once he gets it and then you close out the fucking window and sit languishing silently in the degeneracy trauma for a minute or two and it's months before you risk watching recommended videos again.

One thing I recall people getting away with is practically posting blatent and erotic lactation porn by calling it "educational". I first discovered it was a thing on youtube years ago when I was a minor playing garry's mod and some guy spawned a "porn cube" made out of giant media player panels and played the same youtube lactation porn video on all sides of the interior of the cube

A while ago I think I got recommended this one video of a character drowning in a game, and when I went to this guy's channel, he has a whole bunch of videos of characters drowning.
135 videos to be exact according to this playlist.
His description says as much that it's simply a archive channel of drowning deaths that occur in games:
Now I think this is just general fixation autism and probably not a fetish thing, but like you said you never know with these types of channels fixated on a certain thing from certain media. He hasn't uploaded in 3 years now, so I guess he might've just gotten bored with the project all together.
