I thought in blackjack the dealer and the player were dealt to from the same single deck of cards. But in this both Austin and the dealer have a 9 of clubs. Am I just wrong about how the game works or is the site so shitty that it doesn't take already dealt cards out of the RNG possibilities?

Austin's just so impulsive. He changes bets randomly, switches games only to go back to the one he just left, goes all in on a whim. There is zero rhyme or reason and he does everything so quick.
