1)Leigh Raven did a scene for Black Payback (think Facial Abuse with a side of lame raceplay). A while afterwards she and her wife released a youtube video alleging all sorts of phsyical/sexual abuse, that she was basically tricked/forced into doing shit she didn't want etc.
Naturally because this happened in the #metoo era parts of the industry promptly immediately went full white knight. Unfortunately for her, her co-star Rico Strong, and the producer Just Dave had the receipts. Rico released text messages from when he contacted her about the scene with details of what the shoot would be. More importantly Just Dave had both pre and post scene interviews, and multi-hour long unedited BTS footage of everything that happened on set, showing that she consented to everything, that she mentioned nothing untoward in her exit interview, and that she had flat out made shit up.
For instance according to her original story she claimed that they weren't happy that she wasn't puking while being throatfucked so they gave her a bunch of water + apples to eat, in her own words:
“They tossed me a bag of apples and a water and they said, ‘I hope you like apples,’” she says, the idea being that the apples would help her to vomit. “So I began to eat my apples, at this point covered in saliva, snot. I’m sitting on the edge of the couch, not really saying much, wanting this to really be over.”

Does that look like her matches her story in anyway? After the BTS was released publicly people started questioning her story and her moron wife put out the following statement:
Mike South (who's eponymous website did excellent and extensive coverage of the whole shitshow if you want more in-depth info), rightly pointed out that if she never said anything, and was acting to cover it up, how the fuck was anyone on set supposed to know there was an issue? Just Dave apparently also took the full, unedited footage to the police, and it supposedly took a single watch through for the cops to drop all interest in the case.
2) After Leigh Raven made her initial accusations, but before the lies fell apart, Anastasia Rose decided she wanted in on that by making up her own story about being tricked into shit on set.
Unfortunately for her, just like with the Leigh Raven scene, the producers had the receipts and dropped them publicly:
3)I've covered this before (in fact it's what brought me to this thread originally) if you wanna search my early posts for a bit more info. The tl;dr is for a while there were rumours going round Twitter that certain pornstars had starred in custom vids fucking dogs. Gianna Dior and Adria Rae repeatedly, and very publicly insisted one of the girls was Emily Willis.
Emily eventually launched a multi-million dollar defamation case alleging they did it deliberately to ruin her rep and cost her shoots because they were jealous (this was happening when Emily was probably her most popular and was winning awards and shit), and the entire thing started to turn into a bit of a shitshow.
I covered the case for a while, but a combination of the legal system being slow as fuck, the California e-records system being gay as fuck, and IRL illness kinda killed that. I might go back to it if/when it ever actually goes to trial, but maybe not because at this point I don't wanna give the California record system money purely as a matter of principle.
4)It absolutely is degenerate as fuck. While I've not seen the vid in question (nor do I want to) there was a heavily cropped version floating around that hides the actual act but clearly shows it's her because you can see her godawful tattoos. As far as I know nothing happened to her, and I believe she still even occasionally shoots proper scenes to this day.
