Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

I love how Pat's mental gymnastics would deny the sanest, most logical advice with immediate aggression. I wish all these faggots and their ilk a miserable existence, although they manage to make their lives as difficult as possible without any help.

Point that finger through your brain, stalker.

Here's an interesting new method of childing. Have we seen this before? I can't help but read this in Pat's voice and imagine the conversation taking place in person.

Paying Patron of Hoolie's: Hey Pat, legitimate question?
Patrick: Indignant repartee. (slides fatly off barstool and shuffles away)

(stops after 5 feet to catch breath, and turns back around)

It is not just the replying with retarded phrases. There is also the fact that he is the biggest cunt on god's green earth.
Pretentious, insulting, aggressive, combative, unfunny, highly political in a way that even his co-leftists hate him.
He is just a perfect storm of unlikability, so nobody feels the slightest bit bad when fucking with him.

Most neutral newcomers feel bad for him, because countless swattings and trolls fucking with him on the phone sounds horrible, but when they follow him for a week, and he acts like a cunt to fucking everybody, has retarded takes, and gets in slapfights with randos constantly, that pity disappears reall fast.

They unfollow with the thought of "fuck that guy", and he is back to no supporters.

I fully believe that Pat believes what he posts.

No he didn't owe a "judgement debt" to quasi for having a failed lolsuit, stalker.

You see, child, what actually occurred is that a series of infant child brained judges have misinterpreted section 230 and as a result Patrick has had to pay an IMMORAL ransom to his abuser, Quasi. This is why he owes 0 dollars of debt, because it is actually a ransom.

Now, enjoy prison.

I'm glad Patrick feels able to Child people again. Nature truly is healing.

I know the sign of a lolcow is the inability to learn lessons but for some reason, in Fat's case, more than others, it really blows my mind.
I think it's the relentless intensity of Fat's retardation that makes him so engaging. Even hall-of-fame cows like Chris or Ralph have peaks and troughs where they don't really do much, but Pat is on it 24/7, 365 days a year.

We might not get a #PaidQuasi every day, but the fact he never stops tweeting inane bullshit, replies to every troll who contacts him and continues to make media appearances that blow up in his face is the genuinely unhinged edge that makes Pat a cow among cows, in my opinion.

And on top of all that, he's fat.

From what I’ve read he started his lawsuit in Wisconsin and then moved to California to try and force Cloudflare and Google to reveal Quasi’s identity. This was so they could also get all the other Does in the suit and then they’d sue them individually or something like that.
Any lawsuit you file for defamation and/or related torts involving a "Doe" defendant is going to start in your own jurisdiction, typically your state Circuit Court or Chancery Court [and, in rare instances, US District Court]; you ask the court for a subpoena for IP addresses from the website where you claim you've been wronged and, generally, it's a formality in the jurisdiction where the site owner is based or where the web host is located.

What's supposed to happen is the formality of obtaining an IP address goes off without a hitch, you then subpoena personally identifying information from the ISP to whom the IP is registered [although, most "Doe" lawsuits end here because the poster uses Tor, some other VPN, otherwise spoofs their IP or was using an IP from a block assigned to something that will otherwise not lead to an individual (a government entity, for instance)]. Once you have the PI, you then bring suit in the appropriate jurisdiction which, again, is typically the defendant's proper state Circuit Court.

That said, either the operators of the websites involved or the individuals themselves have the ability to anonymously answer, challenge and quash these subpoenas in the jurisdictions where the web host, the website operator or the potential Doe defendant is located, which is what happened here.

Unfortunately for fatboy, his case never got past the initial pleading for personally identifying information because the information he did get was largely useless - probably because it all centered on OnA and this site, most of the claims for "defamation" were groundless and, despite the whole thing being predicated on "malicious reviews" left to Goodreads et al about his books, he never appears to have issued subpoenas to the sites where the allegedly "malicious" reviews were left so he never had any information on those posts.

In short, he plead that the Does were collectively responsible for each other's allegedly "defamatory" statements [under the laughable and entirely unproven theory that they'd all personally conspired together to post "malicious" reviews of his books, and were personally directed to do so by "Quasi"] even though he failed to link most of the Does to any allegedly "defamatory" posts nor does it appear he even bothered to link them to any specific "malicious" reviews [and how could he since he never had an personally identifying information from the sites to which the "malicious" reviews were posted?].

It was a failure before it even launched; why the attorneys involved actually tried to argue it I have no idea. One only needs to watch a few minutes of the insufferable, barely-literate dunce Rodney Mawr stutter all over in an attempt to avoid answering a very direct question from the judge in the case about why "Quasi" was supposed to be responsible for allegedly "defamatory" comments from some other Doe and blubber about "anti-Semitism" to see how ridiculous the whole thing was.

And, allegedly, over $100,000.00 was spent to not even get through the initial pleading process.

His lawyers didn’t make a clear and convincing case that Quasi specifically had defamed Patrick and he is protected by case law and the Communications Decency Act section 230 that says the operator of a website is not liable for the posts of the users. Because they failed to link him to defamatory acts their demand to reveal his identity was quashed.
Exactly as it should have been, and as the attorneys involved should have known would happen.

I don't know what bill of goods they were sold by fatboy and the SFWA......come to think of it, I can't understand why the SFWA's own in-house counsel [assuming they have any] didn't look at this and say it was, at best, a long-shot, but they should have known better.

California law says the party that loses the action is on the hook for reasonable attorneys fees. Wisconsin may be different but Patrick’s crack legal team went to Cali and got wrecked there.
@AnOminous can explain it better, but it wasn't that he "lost", but that he violated CA's discovery rules when, after "Quasi" had cooperated with the initial subpoena for IP addresses from the Does, he went back and demanded Quasi's personally identifying information on the theory that "Quasi" knew all the Does personally, had "conspired" with them and otherwise directed them to make the allegedly "defamatory" statements they made and had been the architect of a plot to publishing "malicious" reviews of his subjectively awful books - something he had absolutely no proof of.

Most jurisdictions have automatic awards of legal fees and associated costs for discover violations.

There are two of these actions so he’s on the hook for one at 23k and one at 18k roughly. Patrick then delayed for a couple years and interest has built up plus the law firm representing Quasi has had to chase him for payment which increases the bill.
Something I'm sure he never expected - because, of course, he never believed "Quasi" et al would do anything other than fold when the subpoenas came along, didn't think he'd lose when it was clear there was going to be a legal fight and didn't think it was "fair" when the fight didn't go his way.

This ain't our war, @DogZero. Observe and document the battle.

Quasi nuked Fatrick with a judgement debt, and he surrendered. Quasi is going to nuke Fatrick with judgement debt #2, because he can, and he doesn't even need to rename the WWII bombs. Fat Man and Little Boy, lol.

That meme of Patrick on one of the Iowas in place of the Japanese, signing the unconditional surrender, much as he opened his asshole for Quazi to rape his bank account and get a classic 06 ( for me, I'm a 01 zoomer, shut up) Mustang of his own is oh so sweet. And his REFUSAL to admit to anything on Twitter is much akin to the warped Japanese perception of honor, right as they drive a fully loaded Zero straight into the ground, thinking they actually won. A meme tells a story gents, better than Fatricks

Does anyone know if Quasi gets to pocket the $9000 profit, or would it go to his attorney?

I would guess it was the attorney who was inconvenienced by the late payment.
The types of lawyers Quasi used typically do not do so pro-bono, even if they know their case is solid, its not like an injury where a payout could happen and they take a cut of the payout. Quasi likely payed up front, or was billed as hours were accrued. When all was said and done, and Quasi's defense petitioned for award of legal fees, it would have inlcuded all they were charged as well as potential costs of collecting said fees.

How Quasi paid the lawyers is anyones guess. Did he have $24K laying around? did he have to take a loan? did they let him pay a little at a time? Unknown as of now. But the total requested in legal fees was the $24K.

Quasi most likely gets to keep that 9 grand. The interest due was not something calculated by the legal team, but is assigned by the court as a penalty for delaying payment.
Quasi had to pay additional lawyer fees to collect this judgement, will he sue for those too?
Will this go on and on until Patrick finally pays him one final time without having to get sued, therefore anding the chain?
There's so many pages of thread since this thing popped off its hard to find it, if I do i'll post the actual petition and ruling as a reminder... But typically the awarded legal fees amount includes either a reasonable estimate on what it would take to collect (so part of the $24K) or it is a stipulation in the award that its the $24k plus costs associated with collection.

On this one I dont believe it was all too expensive to collect and was probably covered in the initial $24k fees. This would have been a few motion filings and a half day in court. I would love to see a breakdown of the expenses and the proof of profit to Quasi...But I think those cards are going to be held close until the other 18K are collected.

(PS. Does anyone have the copy of the defenses motion/petition for fees? They usually include a breakdown to prove they are "reasonable")

Is it just being an alleged incel that's the "crime", or is it being an incel while criticizing an obese, subhuman faggot with bitch tits who is also a very lousy author which should result in people being "hunted down" by law enforcement?

At this point the fact that Fatrick can prove he has had sex and least once, and has a current biological female companion, is the only thing he can feel he has better than other people.

Hopefully, if he happens to die from heart failure tomorrow, it will what be put on his grave stone.

“Fatrick S. Tomlinson, at least he wasn’t a virgin”

At this point the fact that Fatrick can prove he has had sex and least once
Does that count when even the state itself decides that it’s more beneficial for the resultant child to be in a one-parent home than it is for Fatrick to be involved in her life? I think there’s zero actual evidence that he’s ever had sex (being pegged also doesn’t count)

I hope Pat one day slanders someone who could really, and I mean really, fuck him sideways. It's interesting how volatile he's become since he paid, like he knows his lolsuit is dusted and can post bullshit carte blanche once again. His recent oinking feels more like old Pat; he definitely attempted a more restrained approach prior to the conclusion of the Quasi saga. Or he's just drunk from being utterly (buck) broke.

People like Pat exist solely for their own gratification. Everyone else remains on the periphery as a means to an end, nothing more. It's difficult to find a more hateful person, despite others having done far worse things. It just goes to show that having a shitty character and a lack of empathy is enough to be deservedly reviled.
