Starfield - Bethesda's new space IP: will probably be full of fun and easily trackable bugs

How do you think Starfield will turn out?

Kill yourself Xbox fanboy
The correct term would be “Xbot.”
It goes Xbot, Sony Pony, Nintendrone and PC Cuck.
I owned nothing but PlayStation consoles for two entire generations. The only Xbox’s I’ve ever owned are the original, and the series X.
Sony’s greed with bad backwards compatibility, the outrageous price for PS Plus, mediocre exclusives post Ghost of Tsushima, and how stupid and tribal Sony Ponies are is all what pushed me back over to the Xbox side. GamePass is too much worth to not have and the Bethesda buyout sealed the deal. I like Elder Scrolls and Fallout more than I like God of War and the same damn Spider-Man game three times in a row.

How's the game, please tell me its good? Is it...?
It's alright. At least the couple hours I played today.

I wouldn't pay 100 dollars for it unless you like really like Bethesda *and* Space shit. Probably best to just rent it on gamepass for a month and then buy it when GOTY hits and mods are out.

It's certainly better than Halo Infinite and Redfall. But that's not that high of a bar.

@Rick The Stick
Same. Very fun seeing faggots whove been claiming they'll never play it from day one sperging over reviews and then playing it anyway.
"I hate faggots and getting fucked in the ass so much, I let a faggot fuck me in the ass for 300 hours so I could accurately describe how much I hate it. Don't tell me I didn't give it a fair shot now!"

The immersive dialogue options are admittedly very disappointing so far. I chose the Serpent's Embrace religious perk, and when first getting to New Atlantis, there's a family who had been attacked by House Va'ruun who were ranting about worshipping the Great Serpent. The dialogue options were "Serpents?" and "Who are House Va'ruun?" Seriously? I chose the perk expecting interesting dialogue choices since you're basically part of a cult yet you somehow know nothing about it or the Great Serpent you worship. It's not even a roleplaying game at that point, you have the same dialogue options no matter your traits or backstory.

Starfield should be forced to remove the "Open World" tag from everything. I'd say it's about as open world as Mass Effect 1.

Bethesda somehow managed to discard the only somewhat strong point they had left, open world exploration with environmental storytelling.

Any reviews mentioning the combat as a "Pro" are baffling. Take Fallout 4, censor the gore, remove VATS, make the AI dumber, and you're left with this game's combat system.

Whatever feeling a "Bethesda Game" has, this is the most diluted version of it they've ever made. It feels like a different company's attempt to make one.

This game is The Outer Worlds 2.

I know this is a Bethesda game and all, but holy fuck, the voice acting/dialogue is awful. A few hours in and I can say that this game is like watching a horse castration video with Spanish subtitles. I never thought I would say this, but Fallout 4 is a masterpiece so far in comparison.

So much for Starfield eclipsing BG3 lol.
It will definitely do well when it actually releases just due to Bethesda fan loyalty and it being the big AAA game of the month but I am skeptical of the potential overall sales performance considering what people are saying now and due to the fact it doesn't have an existing fan following like Elder Scrolls or Fallout.
