Not really. There is lots of genuinely political cases. There might be a lack of interest in prosecution towards going after an autistic tranny but the entire case isn’t really high profile enough to matter one way or another. It’s a niche internet celebrity who a few tens of thousands truly know enough to hate .

“It would be easy prosecution” not necessarily. Evidence is circumstantial and time is limited. Bring a random jury member into the room and he will have no deep knowledge of Chris chan lore. You are just explaining to him about an autist who thinks he is Christ claims to have fucked his mum and then asking them to jail them off their claim. It’s gonna be hard to get a full jury to agree that he is reliable at all

That's not true. Not only is it admissible but they're required to turn it over to the defense if it's exculpatory. They wouldn't generally want to help you, though, although they like to pretend they want to. But if you or they said something that exonerated you, they'd be required to turn it over on risk of losing the case.

It would be hearsay if it is helpful for the defence. What you say to the police can only be used against you. You might also say it in court where it might help you, but saying it to the police would be hearsay if they brought it up.
