No, you absolutely can talk about it all you want. What "Nitasha" means to say is that you can't tweet about it without driving attention to that content, and that's absolutely true and anyone who appreciates the value of public accountability should be entirely unapologetic about it.

The reason being, no, you don't have some inherent right to fart out your thoughts on anything to a potential audience of 330 million accounts without them having the opportunity to poke over what you're saying and verify it for themselves.

There is a right to speech, not a general right to broadcast without criticism.
