The Violence Against Women Act allows someone to file a federal lawsuit for revenge porn. There is no criminal charge at the federal level. I'd be shocked if he still didn't maintain residency in VA. Although admittedly I don't know how that works as far as fleeing to a foreign country, not paying taxes, etc. Pedohorse should get on the phone with the Richmond PD or Virginia State Police. I expect Harry is getting on it as we type.

Extradition has come up a few times in the thread the last few days, the thing is, that shit is not free. Someone I went to Highschool with cannot enter our state due to warrants. Thing is, he was picked up by a US Marshall and they offered to send him back but the State has to pick up the tab for the flight and agent escorting him. The State told the Feds that he wasn't worth the twoish grand.

Ralph is a repugnant sack of xannies and trash burgers but I doubt he's worth the fees that would be charged to Virginia. But time will tell.
