I’m not going to punish her for finally doing the right thing, i.e. going no-contact with Ralph.

Meigh, if you cut your hair to shoulder length it will help with your depression. You’ll have a much easier time washing and styling it and so you won’t go so many days in between washing, which leads to you feeling worse (you won’t realize this until you cut your hair to a manageable length).
