If Barb has been moved elsewhere, chances are living conditions in 14BC are actually going to marginally improve.
The hoard was mostly her doing, after all. Bob and Chris both repeatedly tried to throw away the junk, but met fierce resistance. Yeah it'll still be an absolute pig sty, but instead of animal feces and piles of garbage everywhere, it'll be animal feces and decorative crystals everywhere.

Where would she move though? She has no money and my understanding is that the extended family want nothing to do with her or chris.
Maybe that is her future, live with chris and get ducked every night.
