im no lawyer, so im probably wrong, but i think he was sitting in jail awaiting the outcome of the case. if so then he has nothing to sue for. the case went through lawyers and judges and took two years before they arrived at a decision. therefore he sat in jail for that long. it is even less of a chance for suing if it is true, as some have speculated, that his lawyer had chris sit in jail specifically to gain time earned.
