I wish people would stop saying he got away with it, he got 2 years in a prison cell and is now a pariah at every event and convention. A quick and speedy trial indeed, thank god-bear for the land of the free.

Double jeopardy only applies with an acquittal. Chris didn't go to trial, thus no acquittal. They can charge him again, anytime within the statute of limitations, if they so desire.I do not know if it has been asked before, but seeing how this case has left him with charges dismissed AND due to double jeopardy, it can not be brought up again.

If he goes back to fucking her again? Or if he just starts bragging about the boomerang blasting she already got?So it is possible that if (and when) Chris goes online and starts bragging about fucking Barb (again) this whole thing will happen... again?
I couldn't underestimate the core of secular society anymore so this whole dismissal of Chris Chan's Incest Case didn't surprise me much. But the end result would be a disaster for sure.If he goes back to fucking her again? Or if he just starts bragging about the boomerang blasting she already got?
Either way, I mean, it's possible. I can imagine they might not bother though.

How I pray these statements are true but I've heard of copious amounts of examples of secular society allowing people to get away with their crimes. Secularists are criminals themselves. Also it doesn’t apply if a new crime is committed.
Being tried for a crime doesn’t mean you now have free reign to commit that particular crime.
If he rapes/fucks her again, and the authorities find out, it’s a whole new case.
Heilberg was a pretty good lawyer for years, but he wasn't some super star. His DC Sniper case wasn't a defense, it was some sort of tax nonsense, along with four other attorneys on the case.If you're talking about Heilberg, he is one of the most prominent and successful lawyers in the state. It is ridiculous that Chris got him for free.
It's like if a retarded nigger got busted for shoplifting and somehow ended up with Johnnie Cochran as a lawyer.
Unless Barb files a restraining order presumably nothing. His car has already been spotted outside the house and since the last Barb sighting was fairly recent he’s probably just went right back to living with her, so unless he’s there to move things out (unlikely) then it seems the Teflon Tard is comfy at home once again. What is stopping Chris from going back to barb and having sex with her again?
Who cares? Having a criminal record will not change anything for him, think it will hurt his job prospects?I just wanna say fuck you to everyone who kept saying "the wheels of justice turn slowly" and had faith in the system for the past 2 years.
If they just brought the fucking hammer down, indicted him, went to trial by jury and played the audio, he'd be convicted, and even if he would've spent the same amount of time in jail, he'd still be a convicted criminal and still have several years probation with conditions like never seeing Barb again!
All being patient did was make the judge throw up his hands and send Chris on his way with no conditions and a squeaky clean record yet again
The tard card got played at every step in the process. I also think it's entirely possible a PD with 100 other cases might miss this relatively new statute.I think he was only asked by the judge because there was a concern that Chris was legitimately nuts, a troon and retarded, so the courts wanted to make sure he had a decent lawyer in case something went south and the LGBT crowd goosestepped out of Charlottesville to protest one of "their own" being unfairly railroaded.
Yeah, Heilberg definitely gave this case special attention, though, since he was quick to get the whole thing sealed up and recognized the external influence there could be if it wasn't.The tard card got played at every step in the process. If a few years, give or take about 6 feet of dirtWhat is stopping Chris from going back to barb and having sex with her again?
I got youWhat does Ween mean?
If he had a suspended sentence for felony incest, he'd have to follow conditions for another 8 years, AND the prior would help make sure he goes down for his next sex crime. But now it's as if it never happened, so when he rapes someone else it will be the first time he ever committed a sexual offense, so they might let it slide, and then his next sex crime after that will be his first, over and over againWho cares? Having a criminal record will not change anything for him, think it will hurt his job prospects?
I also think he probably personally tard-wrangled Chris, something a PD wouldn't bother with.Yeah, Heilberg definitely gave this case special attention, though, since he was quick to get the whole thing sealed up and recognized the external influence there could be if it wasn't.
