That's what I like about following Elaine, she can come out with the most retarded yet unintentionally hillarious shit sometimes and it takes you by surprise because it's so out of left field.
Like when she was talking about the Titan Sub, (she claims it's a "harmless joke" now but thats only because she's embarrassed,) this was when people still thought it could be stuck on the bottom without power or somehow tangled in the Titanics wreckage, and she's discussing all the latest news about it and suddenly comes out with "I don't understand if there's no power why they don't just swim up to the surface? They must have life jackets and it's better than waiting at the bottom, they'd be more likely to be found, like duh"
I'm paraphrasing slightly but that was the gist of her conversation. She legit did not understand why they couldn't just open the doors, two and a half miles down, and swim up... she's so painfully dumb she can come out with the funniest shit.
It's so much more wholesome than people like the fucking Goonclown or other sick troons. Just good old fashioned stupid.
