Anything above a V8 (or V7 really) only has a larger battery. You can get drill battery adaptors from China to use your Bosch/Milwaukee etc batteries on the vacuum. Dyson charges a lot for their crappy batteries. Most people have drill batteries lying around anyway. Don't say Huaqianbei doesn't make good stuff...I remember when this whole thing went down, might have been my introduction to GN honestly.

Ah damn. Well that sounds more on brand anywaysLol I watched through it and the whole time he was trying to justify subscription services, even teslas heated seat one.
I will say Milwaukee is solid as shit. It's pushed me and my grinder through many tough spots and much steel. That and a lot of construction uses it, so if you run out, chances are your buddy has one to spare, or at least a charger to share.Anything above a V8 (or V7 really) only has a larger battery. V10 and above are basically the same thing, with a slightly bigger drum and more useless features like that dust reveal thing which doesn't work half the time. Their new sub thing whatever is even dumber, just get a $15 IKEA mop.
The battery is really convenient for quick cleanups and the higher end vacuums do a much better job at picking up small debris. They’re also a lot quieter. Why you would get a Vaccum with proprietary batteries and not just a cord is nuts to me. Are you so lazy you can't go and plug it in?
I guess I can see that. 1000 is nuts tho. It just screams financial irresponsibleityThe battery is really convenient for quick cleanups and the higher end vacuums do a much better job at picking up small debris. They’re also a lot quieter.
$1000 for a vacuum is a little much, but I picked up an older Dyson on sale for $300 and it is the best vacuum I’ve owned.
Yeah, all industrial vacuums that aren't wet/dry vacs are bagged. baggless vacs like humans are memes.I've heard a variety of high end headphones, both from stores and from friends, and I can say with full confidence that at best, they are 1.5x better than headphones they are 10-20x the price of.
I would go so far as to say that even budget speakers that have some bass and are not completely muddy in tuning are better than expensive headphones because they are speakers.
BUT VACUUMS? Are there vacuum enthusiasts out there? I can understand if the vacuum was rated for industrial application and can suck non stop all day.
Cordless vacuums are great. Having something that's ready to go as soon as you grab it really does make a difference, before i bought one i cleaned thoroughly once or twice a week, now i just grab it if i notice anything to clean because it's just that convenient. Not to mention their form factor is great if you want to clean furniture or stuff that's hung high. Also, great for car interiors. Why you would get a Vaccum with proprietary batteries and not just a cord is nuts to me. Are you so lazy you can't go and plug it in?

Dyson ought to hire you on the marketing team - convinced me far more than they have to go get oneCordless vacuums are great. Though if only dyson made them i would probably never bought one, i'm not insane enough to pay $1000 for a goddamn vacuum.
Will Linus stop making stupid faces in his thumbnails now that the Prophet of the Algorithm has declared them to be suboptimal?
Soyboys on twitter were recently trying to say he ruined youtube. Of course Mr. Beast had to come dab on them like thatSoyface is no longer the best thumbnail design:

This, I've owned a cordless Samsung vacuum for a while and it's been a lifesaver. Dyson vacuums are utter trash, I bought one some years back and it struggled to clean anything, later I bought a Shark that cost far less but actually worked.Cordless vacuums are great. Let see, using amazon prices. I see like 17 of those amps at $535 USD each. Nearly $10k USD on sonos trash.
It has to feel bad being an employee working on his house, adding tens of thousands of dollars of pointless tech, while they can't even afford a house - or one of those amps.
I didn't care for the cable management. I think they mounted the amps(?) too close together. If you have to replace one, it's going it be annoying trying to wrestle the cables since they are all packed in tight. To his credit for once, even Linus noted that at about 10:25.To their credit, they actually did something worthwhile in terms of cable management, but in the video Alex says he's the fourth person to take the lead on this gay project, and even Linus has a moment of realization that fat fag Jake just puts whatever tech he wants into the plans for any idea that really doesn't need to be there. And he had his minions doing another video in his house at the same time. Plus, find a new song besides crab rave, Yvonne had every right to be pissed at that.
