The whole appeal aside from the beat is that the lyrics are written by a 16 year old Swede that whose grasp of the English language was tenuous at best and almost completely consists of pop-culture references from American tv-shows.
It's pretty great and surely avantgarde.

Arabic Unk threw me for a loop the first time I watched it. I wish he'd go the extra mile and hire people to dub his music videos into other languages, too.

- Spend far more money than necessary recording average music and ridiculous videos
- Attack the fanbase you do manage to attract because they don't stroke your ego enough

Because he was actually pretty good when he was a super-edgy battle rapper. He packed that in to go family friendly, meaning that if he ever did get any real success he'd get cancelled the first time his new fanbase heard this stuff.

The remarkable thing is that this probably doesn't even crack his top 100 bad career decisions.

Hannah dumped him a while ago, actually. He did not post about it in detail but confirmed that he was single shortly before taking a hiatus from his music "career" and focusing on an actual job.
