The Pale of Settlement areas are ground zero for human trafficking, organ trafficking, smuggling, corruption, and is poor as shit due to hundreds of years of usury. The only difference is some countries have started resisting it (Russia, Belarus) and some continue to embrace it (Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania).

They aren't going after Graham though. The Grand Jury recommended it based on the standard the others were charged on, but Fani never charged him, since she was told not to and she's a good little nigger who does what massa say. This is just a case of a true believer (that spaz foreman from the GJ) thinking that Graham is a legit target because he's got an R next to his name, not realizing that he's owned by the uniparty.

Ok P.E. at the bottom is a bit funny but expected, the people doing it are expected to be meat heads and such. And then you have pretty much 5 degrees all who are all in charge of helping kids develop.

Keep in mind the timeframe the data was taken from. By this point those sorts of degrees weren’t as flooded by people looking for something easy to have slapped on a degree. Oh, I’m sure there were still some, but however bad you think it’s gotten in recent years I can assure you it’s worse.

Lots of the squishier academic fields have language reqs that act as a de facto IQ filter. For example, in grad school, for my degree, you not only needed mastery of the language in your academic focus area (in my case, Japanese), you needed proficiency in a related classical language (which for me would have been classical Chinese or Japanese) as well as reading proficiency in either French or German to read and cite articles and books published in those languages.

You could get your degree without anything but the modern language, but not being able to read and cite classical texts or non-English sources would negatively effect long term career outcomes.

Criminal Justice might include prison guards, which from what I've come to understand are people on the same level as the criminals, just on the other side of that blue line. On the razors edge, sometimes. Social Workers that I've had the misfortune of dealing with are like DMV employees with uncontrolled emotions and power, which are a dangerous combination.
