Cracking down on gun control laws because a select few people can't handle not being shoot up others is a bad idea. Statistically, they make up a blip in gun-related deaths, and it would make a much bigger difference if black people were simply not allowed to have them. (This is not a real suggestion on policy, nor is it actually enforceable since I doubt most gangbangers were using legally bought, registered firearms).

Per person living in the US, more whites are killed than blacks by cops? That is actually not that surprising because blacks make up about 17-20% of the total population of the US. It would be extremely difficult for blacks to have a higher per capita death rate in police encounters than whites - all else being equal, for every one black person who deals with a cop, four white people would.
