Introduction
Chioke Auden Fugate, AKA Techcoyote, is a furfag who has been covered by the farms before, but for whatever reason has never had a thread made about him. Violent, emotional and being charged with explosives possession.
1. Prone to violent outbursts and claims to stab and shoot people (claims someone tried to attack him for wearing a fursuit in public (archive)). Also desires to mace people who have wronged him. Made an accusation that a woman groped his boyfriend, and "threatened him" (archive).
2. Overreacts with emotional outbursts. One example is when he got a sticker sent to him by Telegram of furry fetish art (not NSFW) of a furry "steeping on him" (archive). He reacted by sending tons of messages complaining about it to the guy who sent him the sticker, however, before that happened, he had replied to a tweet made by another furry captioned "Haha very funny. Now get up off your tush before I step on you again." with "S.T.E.P....O.N.....M.E....A.G.A.I.N......D.A.D.D.Y" (archive);
3. Charged with possessing a weapon of mass destruction: lighting IEDs near a monument during 4th of July (archive);
4. Baits for negative attention, like wearing a confederate fursuit;
The image of Tech holding a confederate fursuit was sent by Tech to furry Youtuber Labb Ratt and was featured on Labb Ratt's video about Tech (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96onaGQbPh0).
5. He was banned from WNC, as well as other cons, and he regularly whines about being shunned, not only from the furry community but also by his friends (archive).
Below is all the information relating to his lolcow status I was able to acquire on my own, however some other forum members have made other (unestablished) claims about him on threads like the "Furry "Personal Army" Thread":

- @mASSive dONg claimed he said he had herpes in a "group chat of 200+ people (one that multiple outed zoophiliac names are a part of, as well as the now silent Felipe Reinhart.)" Not too long after, he ended up shooting himself in the leg with his luger (allegedly). These pictures are dated March 26, 2019, but they could've been from a bit earlier. According to my conversation with a friend, he was alleging that he was shot in a drive by, but he turned out to be a habitual liar apparently.
I know this is all just forwarded posts, but honestly I didn't want to personally deal with this man. For God's sake he tried pulling a Jussie Smollett years in advance. "The skinheads were shouting this is Anti-Kero country!"

Early Life
According to Eliada, an Asheville organization for troubled children (archive), Chioke Auden Fugate had a troubled childhood and was adopted at 15 months by Randy and Carrie Fugate. Chioke would bounce between positive and negative extremes, as well as saying that he was taken to "several specialists and received multiple diagnoses". In school he "was physically aggressive, confrontational, and unable to accept any feedback." as well as having “poor peer relationships and was often removed from class for threatening other students." Also mentioned that "he once avoided all books with text".
I was also able to find a FaceBook post from HCC College & Career Readiness about Tech, that shows that Tech has graduated with a HSE diploma through a CCR program as well as providing a photo of Chioke holding his diploma (archive).

Tech Coyote owns two twitter accounts:

As stated before Tech posts his opinions on his twitter, however his political opinions are a bit all over the place, inconsistent and sometimes contradictory:
- He was a former member of the Furry Raiders;
- He wore a confederate fursuit to a convention;
- He describes himself as a libertarian;
- He reads anarchist literature ("Life without Law" was found on his backpack when he was detained);
- He's against both the Democrats and Republicans (archive);
- Pro 2nd amendment (archive);
- He hates identity politics (archive);
- He "stands with trans people" (archive);
- He agrees with the laws passed in Arkansas prohibiting gender reassignment surgery for minors, which he calls "mutilating genitals", which for whatever reason stops being mutilation when it's done to an adult (archive);

- He's gay and in an open relationship (archive);
- He complains about kink at pride (archive);
- He retweeted a tweet in support of wearing a puppy play mask in public (archive).
Another thing Tech shares on his Twitter is his interests, those being, collecting (militaria, pocket watches, phonographs, etc.), fallout (mostly New Vegas), and shooting (archive). He also shows off a scooter he owns (archive) as well as admitting to having a hypnosis fetish.
Tech has also admitted that he was a mod for Kero the Wolf in this account (archive).
One thing you'll notice about tech's tweets is his horrible spelling, saying things like "alagation (allegations)" (archive), "mentle (mental)" (archive), "muslems (muslims)" (archive), etc., he claims the reason for this is because he is not a native english speaker (archive), but he has also said in another tweet that he has an irish accent (archive), which means he was probably lying.
Tech also has a bunch of tweets showing that he lives in quite a violent environment. According to a video and two photos tech posted it is common for crackheads to attack people "on a near daily basis" (archive) where he lives and drunkards have brawled where he used to work, and by~looking at the floor of the building in the pictures the building doesn't look like a bar or a place that would sell alcoholic beverages (archive).
He also made a post linking to a google docs talking about how and why he left the Furry Raiders (archive).
Tech and the Furry Raiders (archive)
This has been a long time coming, I'm really lost for words with all of this but you all deserve a real solid explanation.
I am tech coyote, as some say the most hated furry in the hypnofur community, and I'm finaly going to come out and say that that reputation was deserved, I've talked off and on about this for quite a long time but this most recent drama with paimon has really pushed me over the edge and I feel it necessary to come clean with everyone here.
From when I was late 16 to early 17 I was a member of the furry raiders. I was a socially awkward edgelord with pretty much no friends, so when this guy foxler came to me and said "join my group we are accepting and want to build a better place for the fandom" I was all over it, needless to say at the time I didn't know what a nazi was outside of the badguys from call of duty, it didn't take long to for them to get their hooks into me do to speak, slowly i was indoctrinated into their bastard cult, I remember when I first posted an edgy comment in reply I felt… powerful, like I had broken some societal rule, at 16 im here in this big group of people who all seem to have it figured out, they all claimed to have the answered for everything which ofcourse they emparted onto me, and with them being my only real friend group at the time considering I was in a group being home schooled, I took it all in….. they praised me and when I turned 17 they made me an admin in the furry raiders group chat, and I was exited to be a part of something that i felt had so much power, they bought me a uniform to wear in photos and encouraged me to post gifs in it, clearly for their own enjoyment and laughs, i was very socially unaware clearly.
it was only when I started talking to the people who the raiders said where "undesirable" that i started really second guessing my self.
then comes time to be an adult, I'm mid 17 and I move back in with my parents, they are concerned about the stuff I've been saying online and what not, they where especially concerned with my affinity for "granddads war stuff"
either way I had some pretty bad views,
it was only when I started getting into the REAL furry community again that I had my views challenged, alot of people who where very kind to me had furry profiles, or where in fursuits, people like revy, mangusu, Ricky, and a couple others.
I started realizing after really getting to know these people that alot of my friends where black or mixed and where well spoken and very good people.
I started challenging the views with my old "friends" and ofcourse was called a race traitor and all kinds of other shit, but I no longer could bear seeing people say such horrible things while my next dm over is Ricky giving me life advice about moving into an apartment and offering to help me out for the first couple months, so I just up and left, making a big statement about the whole thing.
now I will definitely say I haven't adopted the cry bully mentality of modern far leftists either, they are toxic in their own way, if anything leaving those groups and rejecting that ideology made me a centrist (make your jokes) more then anything, I no longer care about people skin color, place of origin or first language. I only care about who they are and how they act and what's in their heart so to speak, if it wasn't for the kindness and understanding from the people I thought I hated I could have remained ignorant.
I have sense put away alot of great grandads stuff but I still keep it because its history and family, but i look at it in a much different way then I used to, I still don't believe historical artifacts should be destroyed no matter the history, but the way they are kept says alot about the person who owns them
After a good bit of contemplating me Ricky and Joe (two poc friends) got all of the replica stuff and furry raider regalia together and lit a fire and and burned it.
I cried so much man, I never expected to be forgiven by anyone, to be forgiven by the people who I hurt to much made it even better…. and worse at the same time, how could I let my self be so stupid? how could I let my self be lead so asray? how could I ever coe exist with such hateful bastards? This is a question I'll never really have the answer to.
Now, there are some people who will never forgive me, there are some people who will always think the worst of me, and there will always be people who will refuse to give me a chance to prove I'm not the same anymore, they always say time heals all but somtimes I'm not so sure, If you fall into this category I must say that this isn't a plea for sympathy or a cry for pity, this is me being true and from the heart in hopes to explain what I did and why I will probably never live it down, I'm sorry if I've hurt you in any type of way, I'm sorry if I've ever made you uncomfortable or afraid, I'm sorry for who I was and to an extent who I am for I am truly broken and confused.
The true heros of this story are the ones who weren't afraid to stand up to me, as a friend and tell me that what I was doing was fucked up, the ones who challenged my extremly flawed world view and destroyed it, the ones who I'm still friends with to this day.
In conclusion, while i wish for forgiveness i do not expect it, at times I wonder if I'm worth of forgiveness, but in trying to escape my past I have never second guessed my self, I have never once looked back, I have never once questioned my acceptance and love for my fellow human and I will always strive to continue to improve and do better.

It's not known if Maned Wolfy knows Tech, or if he just invited him without knowing who he is. He also posted a tweet saying "freejohnwolf" (another name for maned wolfy) (archive), I don't know what he is referring to in this tweet so if you know please tell me.
On this account Tech also admitted to having cuts on his hands (archive), which were probably self-inflicted, as he has admitted to cutting himself in one of his tweets (archive).
He also posts his usual whining about being "cut off" from his friends and from the fandom.

Twitter Controversies
Tech has gotten himself in a few controversies over his view, his past, and some other things.
- Pyrex/ Nyeogmi
Nyeogmi is an antifur with a hypnosis fetish that found Tech through a hypnosis fetish group, he apparently was mad at Tech because he shared edgy memes as well as having a collection of nazi memorabilia. On October 15, 2020 he decided to make a thread about Tech because apparently Tech had tried to contact one of his friends.
- "Hey, like once a month this guy contacts one of my friends and I end up having to warn them off of interacting, so this time in public -- Don't interact with Tech Coyote, he's a nazi and claims to have stabbed people. Anubis Toremal (LEOLUPUS) is his wingman." (archive);

On this thread's replies Nyeogmi replied to a comment saying Tech only owns the nazi memorabilia for it's historical value (archive) by saying that "he also rts andy ngo and hangs out on forums for nazis and during the period we knew him he sent me content from those forums and implied the problem was with _me_ if i complained" (archive), Nyeogmi didn't say when that happened but it possibly happened after Tech left the Furry Raiders which implies he still interacts with those groups.
Tech then responded to this thread with his own thread.

After this, according to Tech and Nivvination, him, Nivvination, someone named Paimon and, probably also Nyeogmi (I'm not sure if he was on the stream or not, but, according to Tech the stream was about his allegations) went on a stream, I was not able to find the stream and the link to it just led to Nivvination's twitch. There was also a user named Clementine Vaccinated Pet/ kinkypinkkitty who said that Tech was banned from the Furry Raiders for posting nudes as a minor (archive). Tech however denies this saying that he left on his own accord (archive).
Lastly, there was a thread made by bean/ coffeefoxo talking about the explosives and also showing a message sent to him saying "Hello. I'm sure you're getting a lot of messages about tech but I fell I should share this. He also lists some of his other social media profiles, all of which have been deleted however there are archives of some of them.

Tech has mentioned having a YouTube channel, which according to him this channel featured his ww2 collection. He also talked about doing a Q and A there (archive), which makes me think that he posted other content besides his collection on his YouTube channel. I wasn't able to find his YouTube Channel by looking it up and when I clicked a link of a YouTube video he had posted it said the channel was deleted, this could be because he was a mod for Kero the Wolf.
Tech has a facebook profile named Chioke Fugate (techcoyote) (archive) where he mostly posts the same things he posts on his twitter and some photos of him holding some knives, there's nothing that interesting about his Facebook.
Criminal Case
According to abc 13 "Fugate has been charged with possessing a weapon of mass destruction and going armed to the terror of the public. Fugate's bond is set at $15,000." (archive). The Asheville Police Department also claimed that the device used by Tech was a "homemade incendiary device" of "cardboard tubes filled with black powder and covered by tape," as well as saying that the device was "similar to pipe bombs".
Asheville Police Lt. Ann Fowler, also said that Fugate told her “I only threw a quarter stick, what’s the big deal?” (apparently he’s too stupid to realise that by saying this he is admitting that the device was a bomb), Fugate's lawyer Michael Casterline said in court “I don’t know where they get that these were designed to be weapons,” “They apparently made a big bang and singed the grass a little. Were they bombs or fireworks? Were they made to damage or delight?”. After the court case, Asheville Watchdog (archive) said that Tech no longer wanted to live in Asheville and moved into to his parents house in Clyde, NC as well as turning over all his weapons to his uncle.
