"Genocide" is when you systematically murder a group of people based on their race and ethnicity, which is exactly what certain persons here are discussing.
Flooding a group who vote to make higher taxes and higher costs to live means it would be harder to have children for white populations as having kids re expensive while they get welfare at higher rates to have multiple kids in comparison. White people aren't choosing not to have kids they can't afford it on average outside one or two while the "indian next door" is having 7 off the tax payers costs.
Genocide is far broader than just killing a group of people off. Damaging a group, intentionally targetting a group or targetting their women for reproduction to make sure they don't exist and more is part of genocide. Spaniards did to Aztecs by breeding them out in Mexico for instance.

It's far more expansive than that and even then "Imposing living conditions intended to make it harder for a group to have children" is part of that definition as explained above.
