I'm sure if that list of IDs were to leak, Mojang would ban anyone they could get their hands on, let alone the laundry list of other reasons why sharing your real life state ID with a Minecraft sex modder might be a terrible idea.

That Xeet from the mod author where they claim Mojang cannot translate SHA-256s to UUIDs seems either incredibly naive or there's some missing detail. While it'd take a very long time to figure out 12366a9c77c449a7e78c1918a30b8bbc6201804c5f3744fce6feb89478a7053f was generated from the sneed pasta, Mojang has the advantage of the UUIDs being a set format and they already know the whole set of all UUIDs that exist.

I downloaded some random Go binary to do SHA-256 cracking on my GPU and it can do about 50 million hashes / second. There are apparently ~170 million active Minecraft players. So worst case scenario they can derive the player's UUID from the hash within 4 seconds on my consumer GPU running some random garbage off the net.

The easiest fix for this it to add iterations. Basically instead of hashing once, why not 100,000 times since it doesn't take much CPU power to do that if you're verifying a single hash? It'd make it way harder to crack but Microsoft has access to infinite GPU power so SHA-256 is retarded for this purpose.

tl;dr if you associate your account with the Minecraft sex mod and the list of hashes is ever compromised, it'd take very little work for Mojang/Microsoft to crack the entire list and dox the coomers. If it becomes public, it'd take more effort but it's not impossible for the lay person to bruteforce it.
