If somebody says they are suicidal you can call the police on them with no repercussions, there is no expectation that the average member of society should be obligated to determine whether or not suicide threats are genuine or not. If somebody makes suicidal threats or ideation, no matter how obviously they're just begging for attention, you can call the cops on them and they can't do a damn thing about you wasting their time.

That's how I swat people all the time without ever getting in trouble for it.

Quite often, a suicidal person is also an active menace to the people around them, too. Again, it's not the job of the public to figure this out. It's up to the professionals paid to deal with people like that.

What do you mean by menace? Not trying to argue I'm just curious to what that means.

This may be a little late but I find it pretty messed up that you can't see the hours or number of operators without a login. In order to join you actually have to fill out the volunteer form. If a suicidal tranny looks up this website and see that it's probably about as helpful as when they actually call and no one answers. A suicidal tranny does not a good volunteer make. In order to fight the trolls (aka people telling the truth) they just fucked it up even more.

This is actually what I was initially concerned with when I saw the page was down. I don't know what the page looks like if that's your only tab open but it doesn't even fully display their phone number anywhere with that particular login screen up. If you're going to advertise yourself as the only True & Honest tranny suicide hotline, it kind of helps if you're accessible to the people you claim to save. Even pretending to be 24/7 with 0 operators is better than this hot mess. These are the same people who teach others that literally nobody in the entire world will help them except other troons when they wanna kill themselves, and they aren't even THERE for them.

Also, since we know Greta is reading this, buy :julay: a damn headstone already if you're going to keep propping up her corpse as a martyr for your cause. Seriously, it can't cost more than dropping $200 for an electric blue dye job and scalp massage.

That number is prominently displayed right on their splash page. The hotline page seems to be a little more information and a portal for operators to log in and get to work.
