Findings In this 3-month open-label randomized clinical trial of 64 transgender and gender-diverse adults, there was a statistically significant decrease in gender dysphoria in individuals with immediate compared with delayed initiation of testosterone therapy. A clinically significant decrease in depression and a decrease in suicidality also occurred with immediate testosterone therapy.

This seems pretty obvious and also completely meaningless to whether the treatment is the correct course of action. It is a course of action. Those getting it feel better. Those told to wait don't. This would surely be the case for all sorts of interventions and treatments. It's also such a small time period. I would put this in a study designed to get a positive outcome for the ideology regardless of having anything meaningful to say. To do this meaningfully, there should have been other groups getting different treatments.

Communism in the Soviet Union took a national-conservative direction after the Stalinist takeover of the CPSU, and even after de-Stalinisation, things never changed very much from that status-quo. There was no such thing as a Soviet tranny, for instance, nor a proper "sexual revolution" in the U.S.S.R. The Western Left was only really extensively influenced by the Soviets during the inter-war period, as far as I am aware.

It's interesting when you get that base level understanding and can look at so many of these things that don't make sense. It's really just about deconstructing everything. People have been trained to think that everything needs to be deconstructed because the construct is oppression. Yet there's nothing about what comes after. It also doesn't make sense because this mindset doesn't account for things being objectively true. You can't deconstruct truth.

Of course the degenerate intellectuals have the great vision of deconstructing everything for the utopia to arise, but most people with this mindset just want to deconstruct to deconstruct. Which will never work because objective reality exists and they'll never deconstruct enough.

All studies5, 11-15 but one7 examining the cervix of female-to-male transgenders, described similar histological changes in the ectocervix: atrophy and transitional cell metaplasia of the overlying epithelium. Although the oldest studies14,15 don’t mention the term “transitional cell metaplasia” yet, the description of these epithelial changes confirms the assumption of transitional cell differentiation. In a series of 31 cases16 and 59 cases17 of cervical and vaginal specimens of post- and premenopausal women transitional cell metaplasia was defined as a multilayered epithelium with crowding of nuclei and lack of apparent maturation. The epithelial cells are oriented vertically in the deeper layers and horizontally at the surface resembling umbrella cells. The nuclei are elongated with common longitudinal nuclear grooves. There is no atypia and mitosis are rare.

The glands within the epithelium and at the basal layer of the epithelium consisted of a single layer of cuboidal cells with pale cytoplasm and a centrally placed round nucleus. No atypia or mitotic activity was observed. Some glands contained acellular amorphous eosinophilic secretions. Glands located at the basal layer could show some invagination into the underlying lamina propria, but were mostly still attached to the epithelium. Glands that superficially invaginated into the subepithelial lamina propria seemed to display a more developed morphology characterized by papillary folding and the impression of a basal layer. Glands in the lamina propria resembling (ectopic) prostate tissue were located in the deeper stroma as well as in the superficial stroma. These glands consisted of one or more well-demarcated glandular structures with a cribriform growth pattern and/or papillary infolds. The glandular structures were lined by a two-layered epithelium consisting of an inner luminal layer and an outer basal layer. The luminal cells showed columnar cells with pale cytoplasm and a basally located round nucleus. The basal layer consisted of flattened cells. No atypia or mitotic activity was observed. In some prostatic glands transitional cell metaplasia was seen. In contrast to the previous literature on cervical ectopic prostate tissue no squamous differentiation was noticed. In rare cases there was dilatation of some glandular structures. Although some glandular structures were surrounded by a minor lymphocytic infiltrate, no desmoplastic stromal response was seen.

The earliest form of prostatic metaplasia depicts intracellular changes of the basal squamous epithelium, hardly visible on a routine H&E slide, but nicely accentuated by the immunohistochemical marker NKX3.1, a marker mainly used in the diagnosis of metastatic prostate cancer. The next step in this process is the development of small incomplete glands, still located in the epithelium. These intra-epithelial glands can be found at the basal layer up to the upper part of the epithelium. Better formed prostatic glandular structures located at the basal layer start to invaginate into the superficial lamina propria, either still being attached to the epithelium, either completely separated and detached from the epithelium. This process of differentiation seems very similar to the embryological development of the prostate32, and has been suggested by Anderson et al. in 7 patients receiving androgen therapy for gender dysphoria. In our study we confirm these findings in 129 of 140 (92%) female-to-male transgenders, which is the largest series described so far. We also describe well developed prostate glands superficially and/or deeply located in the vaginal or cervical stroma in 15 of 140 (11%) female-to-male transgenders.

We believe that the vaginal epithelium might contain a certain precursor cell originating from the urogenital sinus that can develop into a glandular cell with prostatic features. The vagina and the prostate indeed both originate from the urogenital sinus. To prove this theory further embryological studies are necessary. Similar to Anderson et al we believe that these metaplastic changes are caused under the influence of androgens. Both Anderson et al and Kim et al. also reported these metaplastic changes in vaginal and cervical tissue of patients with endogenous androgen excess. Animal models indicate that prostatic metaplasia can be induced by androgens in vaginal tissue33. The positivity for AR in the epithelium, metaplastic glands and stroma is further supporting this theory.

Although we believe that the metaplastic glands are benign based on the lack of atypia and mitotic activity, it is not yet clear whether these can become malignant lesions. Sounds more like a pre-cancerous mass to me. Besides, the homologue of the prostate is skeen's gland, but I suppose trying to use that to prove a point would be a failure, because it doesn't undergo any changes in pooners. Pointing at potentially cancerous lesions inside the vagina and calling them a "prostate glands"is the height of retardation. What next? The short version is: It's bad for them. Of particular note is the effects on the brain:

1. Reduces hippocampal volume, leading to affective symptoms and cognitive dysfunction, which are core symptoms in patients with depression;
2. Reduces serum BDNF levels, which is also associated with an increased risk of developing MDD (Major Depressive Disorder);
3. Increases the concentration of glutamate in the brain, reduces gray matter, and reduces cortical white matter integrity, all of which brings about cognitive decline and is an indicator of several neuropathologies, most prominently Alzheimer’s;
4. Reduces the volume of astrocytes, malfunctioning of which contributes to the degradation of memory, mental illnesses like schizophrenia, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, drug dependence, mental retardation, and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s;
5. Decreases the brain cortical volume, which is associated with a lowering level of intelligence as well as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; and
6. Enlarges the ventricles across the brain, compressing the brain from within and eventually damaging and destroying brain tissue.

Given credit where credit is due. Megadosing women with high levels of estrogen can have these same effects. Hormone imbalance is not good for either gender.

I've heard this conspiracy theory before. That the gender cult is run by pedophiles trying to make a generation of legal adults with prepubescent bodies and brains. It merits consideration, but it makes too many assumptions for my tastes.

It's more accurate to say they're "groomers" because they're actively trying to empower children to castrate themselves (thus, "grooming" a new generation of trans people). Comes off more reasonable, less "pizzagatey" to an observing third party rather than leaping around and shouting that they're all child molesters. We should be trying to convince any third party that will listen, the shift of public opinion is how shit gets done.
