I have had disagreements with Nick before and now I must tell my truth.

Months ago on his private Locals chat group Nick contacted me. He knew I could look up people and gave me a name and city. I was really confused until I started looking into it. It was montagraph's possible location in Illinois. His other researchers "arttheclown, CGoody and Sally78" had already did most of the leg work before I got to it. I asked Nick about the legal blow back and he claimed, "attorney client privilege." He said that if any logs were ever archived they could never be proved in court. This is the main reason Nick hates the archiving tool some on this site have created. He wants his private group to continue their harassment without being documented.

I found a few things for Steve (Quest) West in Decatur, Illinois. I shared these with Nick, since he treated us like a father figure. It was really a para social relationship, now that I look back on it. We were all mad at Montagraph during that time. We heard all the things he did from our internet dad. Then we heard Monty was going to sue our Nick and we couldn't let that stand. When Nick asked for help, we did our best.

I know there are a few ex-Locals members on this forum. The most vocal and notable is @Cynthia Behave . We all left his toxic and para social Locals at various times. The shame for Monty is that nothing of Locals during this time was archived, unlike here on this forum.

I've just created an archive of the video I found for Nick after he gave me Decatur, Illinois and Steve West.

And what's the "attorney-client privilege" part? Who's the attorney [him obviously?] and who's the client? What would he not have want seen in court? (What harassment was going on?)

If he doesn't mean Randazza and himself, and he isn't representing any of these people, it's not really attorney-client privilege but work-product privilege, which works in a generally similar way. Anyway generally an attorney can't be subpoenaed for work-product created with the intention of being used in representation, even if in this case he appears to be doing some of this work himself on his own behalf.

Also he's wrong about archives being inadmissible but it would be tricky to establish a valid chain of custody. You'd need someone qualified to testify to their accuracy. Also there's probably a mountain of hearsay issues with it.

I'm embarrassed to admit I have been watching him for 15 years and continue to do so out of a weird hate watching habit. Maxmoefoe likes to call him Phillip DeFuckass. Idk when he started doing that, probably 4 or more years ago, but I thought it was funny in a juvenile way so I continue to call him that to this day. Looks like the nickname was warranted
