Does Rackets still practice law? I'm only asking because if he does, the way he's acting is a one way street to getting disbarred. I know far too many people in the legal field who get fucked on something (drugs, booze, girls etc) and it directly impacts their ability to adequately perform their services (they miss important deadlines, lie under oath, generally fuck up). For those who do not know getting disbarred is like getting your medical license revoked, it destroys your life and prospects. I know many people who, even though they are retired or switched careers will do anything in their power to still have an active license.

I am actually afraid that him getting this drunk on stream will result in an ethics violation. Notice how the old Nick was very careful in his wording? This is how lawyers talk, they do not want to end up in legal trouble. New Nick is one bad superchat from violating confidential lawyer client privileges.

Ralph went from potential redemption arc post-prison to damnation arc after Stream.me. Nick went from being one of the adults in the room to furry-tier deviancy. I think it's a toss-up at this point as to which of them has fallen farther relative to where they used to be.
Ralph is literal trailer trash. The Meigh recording is icing on the cake as well as him being (possibly) molested by his father.

Nick isn’t a creepy furry, he’s a fucking alcoholic dick head who can’t let silence speak for him. He’s made statements where he clearly just is frustrated that he can’t just drink and simulate knotting with his wife all day. He’s said that he resents his kids for taking his time, not that he’s annoyed by running them around. He openly called his wife’s body ruined multiple times publically.

Ralph is and has always been a pig rolling in mud who will roll in the shit if he can’t be bothered to get out of the way. Nick is like a bisexual man in the 80’s after an AIDS diagnoses, he could choose another path, but wants to spread the gift and get poz loads all on and in him.

He doesn't practice law in any meaningful way. He maintains his license, but that is about it. He also has mostly given up even talking about the law, covering trials or the other things he used to do.

His last legal work was attempting to briefly represent himself in the lawsuit with Montegraph. That resulted in yet another unresolved ethics complaint against him.

By appearances, he really has no ability to do any sort of work anymore. Just showing up to do streams about random topics with no preparation seems to be pushing to the limit now. And as per last night's drunkstream, the difficulties of dealing even with wearing clothing seems to be exhausting Nick.

Disbarment is unlikely though in that nearly all of his stupidity relates to personal conduct rather than professional conduct.

The mental gymnastics these drunks pull where they feel like they have control because their drinking makes others "mad" is a baffling cope.
When his online persona is "drinker", it seems a bit silly to quibble over the prevalence of alcoholic content.

His AM profile for a refresher:

Whew thank God Nick did something to remind everyone that Drexel isn't the only mongoloid retard here. Was starting to worry that the thread might be derailed forever. KF really does need a thread specifically about Drexel to keep shit from getting too muddy in this one (Muddy because he's black, get it? Muddy like his skin color! 🤣😂).

He almost got away with the juju gambit

If only it were just an online persona. Like I keep saying, addicts are extremely invested in their substance use as a defining element of their identity. Until they are willing to let go of that they never get their shit together.

If Rackets were to go to AA and attempt to stop this bender, do you think he could redeem himself?
Theoretically, yes.

But the issue with AA (and any of the 12 step program variations like CA and NA) is that their motto is "the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem."

Nick is incapable of admitting he has a problem, so he can't take the first step.. He's surrounded by enablers like Drex and Dick who are driving him further into darkness. He's now comparing himself to Jesus. I think it would take a massive external event, close to him, to get him to even try and put down the bottle. Think Kayla threatening to leave him.

Or, IOW, basically what @Strix454 said. He nailed it.

If I were to guess, he'll lose his license due to failing to complete his CLE and poof, his license ends up suspended. He's already shown he's no good at keeping up either of his LLC's. As such, I would be surprised how well he is keeping track of his lawyer duties. Plus, you know he'd complain about having to do work, even if it's just sitting on an online class.

From what I can find online, "The Minnesota State Board of Continuing Legal Education requires attorneys to complete 45 credits, including 3 ethics and 2 elimination of bias credits, by June 30 every three years."

It's just a matter of time.

He can't be this stupid.
At this point he has very much proven he can, and you saying he can't means he'll go even lower. Never go full retard? Sounds like a challenge!
as a father of 27 [or however many kids did he put into Kayla when his dick worked].
Allegedly worked. They both come from money so you can't rule out them going IVF all the way.
He doesn't practice law in any meaningful way.
Don't need to practice, incel prude, already great at it.
The one eye open is enough for me to hella judge him. Been there. Done that.
Drunk af.
Lots of us have gotten too drunk on occasion, most people don't make a habit of it or broadcast that shit to potentially the entire world. Just like even if we may or may not like wearing clothes, we also don't want to be flashed by everybody else. You put on your pants, you put on your shirt, you stay clean, you don't whip out your dick in public. It's called living in a society and being mindful of other people like a functional adult. Wouldn't even be such a big deal if he kept it all private but I'm gonna dust off something Nick used to say back in the day. How embarrassing.

This is when the rubber meets the road with Rumble. Do they keep Nick around because his Rumble numbers are fantastic compared to his YouTube numbers even pre-ban? Or do they admit that their numbers are over-inflated and thus give Nick the boot?
I'm going to go out on a limb, here, and say that Nick has deluded himself into thinking that he deserves the same big deals that Crowder, Quarters, and some of those cringe game/social streamers got. Rumble has the data (and knows how they inflates certain chosen streamers view counts through questionable metrics), so they'll be the arbiter of this, but I don't think he's going to get what he thinks he "deserves", if anything at all. Everyone's feeling the recession, and Rumble has just dished out a ton on streamers who actually produce, whether it's quality or not, so it's quite possible they just say, "Thanks for being our trail balloon, drunky, but we're going another direction."
