And maybe the death threats against DD, Chantal and Delphine (the ex he stabbed) from the SBL videos, he said if he goes to prison for DD (meaning if she reports him), she is dead, if he goes to prison for Chantal (after she reported him to police), she is dead. And he also said, and I'll never forget that, that he would have killed Delphine after he got out of prison as well "but God took her from me". That sick fuck
I wouldn't bring up SBL at all. That gets into confusing third-party drama, and it predates Geraldine being on the scene. Nader and DD would just use the same argument that they used before: it was all consensual, it was taken out of context. That can't be proven or disproven, the recordings were suspect, all of that stuff. Please, Twitter people who are reading this,
don't bring up Sam's Bar Lounge.
I wouldn't mention his previous threats against Chantal or Delphine at all. He stabbed Delphine: that's what they need to know. He served time for that, and they can verify that information. There's likely more about that case on file than we've ever been aware of, and they'll have access to it. I'm assuming that nothing in the file will make Nader look remotely good.'
I wouldn't bring up Chantal at all. She's not relevant to this specific situation. The three parties to think about are Nader, DeeDee, and Geraldine. Don't make it sound like a vendetta against Nader (though it's fine and quite understandable if you do loathe the scumbag). Express concern for Geraldine-- and she truly is the person at risk here. You are calling because you are worried about an at-risk elderly person. You are
not calling because Nader is a shithead. He is, but that's not why you're calling.
I wouldn't mention streaming any more than is strictly necessary. As a point of comparison, Ms. Hussy got an injunction against DC MediaGirl today. When Twitch came up, the judge asked what that was. When DC/Clara started to wander off into the details of things that happened online, the judge stopped her and told her to address only the matter at hand. No one can assume that whoever takes and investigates the report is even familiar with livestreaming on YouTube and may think it's still mainly for watching music videos.
That judge was also concerned with the dates of specific incidents and how recent they were. Nader's stabbing charge will always be relevant, but, otherwise, stick with what's happening
right now and what can't be refuted or rationalized. The justice system and social services like good, concrete details that are not a matter of opinion. Which means that, yes, even though he's a shit cook, that's unfortunately not relevant to this situation.
One thing I didn't think of before: didn't he remove the smoke detector? That's a problem, and I'm sure it also violates absolutely every rule of the condo. Disabling a safety device, on its own, isn't going to be a reason to intervene, but it might prompt a worker to look around and see what else is or isn't in place.
