Look out for that sweetheart deal as the DOJ does the bare minimum to pantomime "fairness" after they annihilated the following rights for political dissidents:
  • Attorney-Client privilege
  • The right to an attorney AT ALL (they will now prosecute your lawyer for representing you)
  • Article 2 presidential authority (if they can arrest an ex president for things he did in office, the DOJ now rules our country, not voters)
  • the right to protest government officials for redress of grievances
  • the right to jury of your peers
  • habeas corpus
  • the right against cruel and unusual punishment

The owner of my local fuel supplier says he got an email from the refinery/regional distributor saying to expect a $1 jump next week. He wouldn't send my a copy, but I mostly believe him. Either way, my bulk tanks were getting filled tomorrow.

It feels like that David Ignatius article was kind of the greenlight for some of the media to actually go after Biden. The fact the White House is begging their propagandists to push back against the impeachment inquiry shows they are terrified what is going to come out and the media really can't ignore a potential impeachment no matter how many times they screech "nothing there."
