Not a lawyer but couldn't that still be brought up anyways with TI? This is because the emails dongy likely sent out would have involved the "three suicides" inline with trans harassment, and as such wouldn't Jones have to try dismiss the evidence of Byuu being alive? Hell, wouldn't terryberry and lamplighter have to be brought up? The former would be entertaining because of how they had mentioned Terryberry being trans (she was crazy, but she wasn't trans) similarly, byuu's trannydom would also have to be noted as being just done to "fit in" and even then he was just "non-binary". The latter would be horrifically entertaining because then Wu gets a cameo.
