Can you imagine how reddit would react if I stabbed myself in the arm, sewed the skin from my balls inside of it and then asked how long I'd have to wash it to make it produce the same natural flora as a vagina?
They really seem to believe that because it's between their legs their human biology will be tricked into thinking it's a vagina.

And now I just had a horrible thought. Can you imagine if every time someone was stabbed, if left untreated it became a vagina? Yes it's the morning, yes I've been drinking but holy shit, how horrifying a universe that ran on troon logic would be.
I honestly believe that most of them believe it (along with the other assorted nonsense). They take things on faith when said by members of the in-group, and react with hostility to any challenge to those beliefs from members of the out-group. Cult behaviour. (And this "it turns into true-and-honest vaginal lining" nonsense has been said by troons with some amount of prominence, including
Tony Reed / erininthemorn.)
I just want to add too that some, even post surgery, continue the lie because they believe so much that it worked for everyone else and that something just went wrong for them but if they say that it may discourage someone else from getting the surgery and it will 100% work for that other person.
You see little bits of this flicker through sometimes when one will admit that there amhole has no muscle, that it FEELS like a wound, that stabbing a dick shaped piece of silicon in it twice a day hurts and is a chore rather than a sexy dream come true, and ask the group what went wrong since most of the users were saying they were having sexy, full body orgasms a week later and here this sucker is two years later still waiting for their new vaginal "nerves to wake up".
It's a bit like being the older brother and realizing Santa isn't real but your parents go "shhh, you're right, but don't spoil it for your little sister, the magic is still real for her."
I know I've said it before but it bears repeating: Muscles will not magically form in your new crevice, hormones will not make your body suddenly think this tear in your pelvic floor is a vagina and it will never feel good physically to shove anything inside even a healed wound. The best you can hope for is that it will one day stop hurting.

Because everything they do and say and believe is based on a fundamental lie. They have to believe they are women, because that's the foundational belief of their cult, and therefore they must believe that their mutant ballsack/colon orifices are turning into real vaginas. Therefore they must tell each other that these "vaginas" do not need cleaning. Reality and consequences are secondary to the attachment to the lie.
Same reason that dumb pooner from a few pages back was insisting that she can have testosterone levels equivalent to a "cis" man without danger. It all flows from the same lie they have built everything on. "I am a man because I believe I am a man. Since I am a man, it must be safe for me to have the T levels of a man. If other transmen are dropping dead around me left and right I will choose not to acknowledge that, because it does not suit my beliefs."
To an extent I can sympathize with not liking your body, not liking your life and wanting to be anything else (hey I was a teenager once too) but it always blows my mind when people accept this line of thinking (not you, behindyourightnow, people like the pooner in your post)
Imagine applying this logic to anything else that humans can have naturally but you don't.
Maybe a different race, maybe being taller or shorter, something like that. Imagine telling people that you BELIEVE you're 6"4 and they're a bigot for not letting you ride the rollercoaster when you're 4"8.
We make fun of trans-racials (okay, WE make fun of everyone, but even troons make fun of trans-racials) and we're all horrified by trans-disability things (is there a name for those?) and I know it's been said ad nauseum in this thread and hell, on this site, but I fail to see the difference.
