I actually kinda want to see the contract renewed in nick's favor tbh. Because currently whenever the switch happens, his rumble live view count more than doubles. It's actually very in line with the multiplier theory if a good portion of his youtube viewers has to switch to rumble and rumble multiplies it when they do. Without the multiplier, it's looking like the real live numbers pre switch was 1200 yt, 300-500 rumble, and then when the yt switch happens it becomes 1500ish rumble (6000 on multiplier).

Now, as for why I want to see it renewed...I'm thinking nick would end up streaming to at 300-500 rumble live viewers (2000ish with the multiplier) and that's it. Since he doesn't start on youtube, people just don't visit his channel (is my hope). Nick would just see an immediate drop from 6000 that he's thinking he should be getting to just 2000 and under. He'll just start coping.

OTOH, if he doesn't renew, he'll just dual stream on yt and rumble and rumble numbers will strangely never go past 2000ish again and there'll be some sort of cope too. Which way do you think is better? But the issue with AA (and any of the 12 step program variations like CA and NA) is that their motto is "the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem."

The thing about step one is fixing any addiction requires the person to want to change. This is universal in any recovery method and it's a big hurdle to clear. The biggest concern would be the "13th step" i.e. hooking up with a fellow addict. I can very easily see even worse degeneracy filling the void left behind if he sobers up.

Nate and Joe act obtuse so often, I can't tell if they are truly brain-damaged or not. Both have a liberal and conservative bias that balances each other well. If one wasn't so money hungry, I think they could have a good Viva-Barnes dynamic. I don't watch V-B, but they do what they do well together.
