Incidentally that's a really, really bad idea for someone as drunk as Balldo is here. Plenty of people have been found floating face down in a hot tub in the morning. Especially if you have "heat allergies," assuming that wasn't just another Balldo lie. Pass out that drunk from heat stroke in a hot tub and you're not waking back up.
I'm just picturing Balldo unconscious in a hot tub floating in a soup made of vomit and spilled whiskey.

Reading through the thread more I will not be surprised if Rekieta starts taking home young trans teens to bang. Nick and that Drexler fella seem to have these weird sexually hang ups they managed to keep under wraps and under control until they gained a following that let them unravel. Shit if I had an easy streaming career that let me spend more time at home with my kids I’d be grateful instead of being piss drunk and making up stories about lesbians approaching my wife.

I frequent a lot of threads so it makes it near impossible to keep up with this one. I've seen several references now to Rekieta having to appeal, but never saw the actual outcome in any of the highlights I scrolled through in the past month. Can anyone point me back to where that info is?

I'm gonna have to put this thread on watch again because it seems Balldo's ruination is accelerating.
I've got some catching up to do, 70 odd pages of it.
Is it true Balldo has HIV or that just a joke?

Nick made a motion to dismiss the case earlier in the year. The judge ruled against the motion to dismiss and Nick has gone to the court of appeals objecting to that ruling.
Its generally supposed that Nick is appealing the Judge's decision that Colorado's anti-SLAPP law cannot be applied in Minnesota courts for the same constitutional reasons that the Minnesota anti-SLAPP law was declared unconstitutional. But we don't have a full argument from Nick's attorney yet to tell us all of what he is objecting to in the decision.
The case is ongoing. Its just kind of on pause for the appeal of the judges ruling,.

The only time she ever made me laugh was by stumbling into inadvertent hilarity when Ralph came on her show and chimped. @Keranu sent a superchat that referred to Ralph telling his mother to hitchhike to dialysis in extreme heat and Chrissie didn’t realize that was something Ralph actually did. She thought it was some extremely over the top hypothetical scenario and found it funny. Her laughing set Ralph off anew.

Tbh this was one of the few times I kinda felt bad for Ralph.
My Moms dead too and that shit can still fuck you up if it catches you off guard years later.
I think Ralph has a lot of guilt for how he treated her and having it thrown in his face, as funny as it can be for the observer, I can understand how he gets pissed at that shit.
I've said some shit about the hitchiking to dialysis shit myself and its one of the times I feel I went below the belt. I don't think you should bring peoples parents into shit.
Ralphs reactions are still funny and why he gets shit because he lets people know it bothers him, but I surprised myself feeling bad for him when I heard this.
Maybe cause I lost my Mom too, I got empathy for that.
Maybe I'm just getting soft in my old age.

Super power level, but my dad spent the last three weeks he was alive completely alone in the hospital because of the initial super serious Covid lockdowns. We were flatly denied any opportunity to see him under any circumstances.

I could’ve moved in with him and still felt like I didn’t spend enough time with him while it was still possible to.

Converse from your position, I hate Ralph all the more for treating her the way he did and having no sense of honor or obligation

Nick: death penalty is bad and wrong because government risks killing innocents.
Also Nick:
"The political opponent to the regime in power should actually be effectively above the law. They should be able to rape a burglar." - Nick Rekieta re Trump [said unironically]
Is this like, a joke, or...? Maybe he just said the thing about the death penalty to own josh epic style in their argument?

Its a vaguely libertarian argument. The state must uphold the highest standard of justice and cannot be trusted to execute people due to the risk of harm. But a political opponent is an individual without government power and therefore in the name of justice must be given powers greater than the state to be able to oppose the state.
Its the usual argument from libertarians that the constitution only protects people from the government and that in any other context, its survival of the fittest. The government can't punish a criminal, but you can go rape and/or kill the criminal as an individual.

If you showed someone the first 10 and last 10 pages of this thread and omitted his name I would bet my house that nobody would be able to guess they're about the same person.

Contract
- Up for renewal in Jan.
- Plans to renegotiate to go to Rumble exclusively because he hates the YT-to-Rumble switch and the soft stories he has to start with on YT
- Current contract requires him to do at least 1 hour on YT
- Will be fine giving up the YT Superchats
- Plans to do prerecorded content only on YT after renegotiation
[He didn't seem at all concerned about the renewal or getting his way "because most of my audience is on Rumble anyway"]
This seems like a lot of detail on the contract. I am sceptical that Nick is 100% honest, but it is interesting.

LOL at the tho8ght Nick has leverage. He just wants to be paid to stream on Rumble to the same 300 people and get paid the same amount to do it.

No more pesky superchats, merchandise, ad sponsors, collaborations, or managing a SM presence. Thus is DSP level grift

Chat had to remind Nick that he was banned from YT a year ago
What? Can j get a bit more co text on this?

Nick has said several times that he hates having employees to delegate anything to, because he is repulsed by the thought of having to actually explicitly give orders or express his wants.

He'd prefer if people around him could simply read his mind and do what he wants done.
Unironically. There is a bit of hyperbole in there, but Nick wants this, unironically. Simply mindblowing...

It's not about how much you drink, it's about how you drink. If it's every day, you likely are an alcoholic.

And what's wrong with generally accepted definition?

"I can stop at any moment", says every alcoholic.

When consumption of alcohol starts negatively affecting your life and you don't stop it's a sign of being an alcoholic.

Craving only appears when you stop. If you never stop you don't crave alcohol because you are drinking it.

You never stop being an addict.

If you are actively looking for reasons to drink \ drink more and blame others for it, it's a sign of being an alcoholic.
mind blowing...
Just wait! He will tell you about how he gave up Everquest in his college days! If he wanted to, he could TOTALLY do it! He has said that is his wife asked him to stop streaming, he would the next day.

Sure... I want to see Nick stop doing 1 self-destructive thing he enjoys.

Reviewing old Nick content just hammers home how MUCH he has changed. The shows were more rambling and had more dead air, but they had a legal topic thread that was followed all the way through. Even his voice is much clearer.

Y’all can make a Drexel nigger thread if you want but it’s just gonna be a bunch of retards making monkey noises at each other all day and trading muh dick insults back and forth but again me and my fish heads are in the minority here I just think niggers make lame cows especially this nigger he’s only interesting in that he highlights the Balldoman hypocrisy my fish head fortune telling predicts a short life for the grooming nigger thread
Drexel is so good at the art of the self own. It would be beautiful. Drexel L after L. And it would keep this thread on track. Until the drunk video, Nick had successfully derailed the thread with Drexel talk.
He sighed heavily when talking about the regular schedule. He just doesn't seen to want to stream anymore.
What regular schedule?
Kind of weird how a man who abandoned his child to be raised by a single mother is using "being raised by a single mother" as an insult so often.
Drexel is a self-hating nigger.
Archive for posterity, as this will be deleted as soon as he wakes up. This is someone who is 100% not an alcoholic nor will drown on his own vomit in the future.

How can anyone look at that and not see the dude has a problem. It's even worse than the Hasselhoff burger video.
If Rackets were to go to AA and attempt to stop this bender, do you think he could redeem himself? Or is he too far gone ala Ralph?
Unfortunately, nothing will get Rackets to realize he has a problem.
This is when the rubber meets the road with Rumble. Do they keep Nick around because his Rumble numbers are fantastic compared to his YouTube numbers even pre-ban? Or do they admit that their numbers are over-inflated and thus give Nick the boot?
Rumble needs normie streamers to come over not fringe weirdos with dwindling audiences like Rekieta. Besides right wing chuds what else does rumble have? For instance, if I want to look up cooking videos or fix it videos, I'm not going to find them on Rumble.
I'm totally real and here's my video.
Catchy tune.
BRB — praying that Dax, Drex and Vito are in the Mustang with Nick when he wraps it around a tree after a few too many road sodas.
COOM=A=LOT too.
That Lawst in Law guy looks exactly how you would expect Drexel's top ALPHA MALE janny to look.
You should have heard the mongs in his voice chad. The biggest group of evolutionary dead ends and exceptionals I've ever heard.
I'm just picturing Balldo unconscious in a hot tub floating in a soup made of vomit and spilled whiskey.
And bull cum. Lots of bull cum.

The best place to keep abreast of the lawsuit is the lawsuit thread in the LOLCOW & LOLCOW LLP forum newfriend. Here's a direct link.

Lawsuit Thread
Has to be one of the biggest dickhead time-waster moves I’ve ever heard of.
That's Rekieta for you. It's quite breathtaking how the dumbass insists on lighting piles of his own cash on fire like this. And continues to repeat his defamation at every opportunity. You would figure being a lawyer he would pick a sensible course of action and try to minimize the damages but not Nick.

Empathy is like any other emotion. It's a feeling; objectivity never factors into it. It doesn't make you soft or stupid to have empathy, even for those who largely deserve none.

My condolences. I don't personally know how this feels, but I saw friends who suffered similar circumstances. These friends had parents who were denied appointments to screen for cancer or check out odd lumps. You'll never guess what hospitalized them not much later.

Then, like your father, these people had to endure dying alone in a little hospital room, only being allowed visitors when they were so close to gone they essentially were already. Given how these men are, I fully expect that as things decay more in the US they'll track down some of these doctors and administrators that made their situations possible and have a hard conversation with them.

So I can understand your perspective, and I also think it's valid. Some things are simply over the line, and "forgive and forget" is fucking stupid anyway.

Thanks. I want to acknowledge this without really turning it into a reply that would go further afield.

I'm just gonna mentally swap "libertarian" with "retard" from now on, the same way I swap "transgender" with "pedophile".
