No. His fees might, though, if I didn't have unlimited money (which I don't).Okay but wouldn't that discourage you from hiring a lawyer with a history of attempting the impossible?
He's willing to do whatever Rackets is paying him to do, presumably with at least some minimal limits. But if I were paying top dollar, and that's what you're doing when you hire this guy, I'd want him to do whatever I wanted him to do. And he would, for the right price.
So if I wanted him to attempt the impossible, I'd expect that.
Unlike Nick, I am not a complete retard, so I wouldn't do that, but if money were no object (but it is for me), I'd definitely pick this guy for any absolutely insane legal defense I needed.
PROTIP: never be in a situation where you need Marc Randazza.
He didn't even just generally say Monty is a child molester, like Musk's "pedo guy" tweets. He specifically said he sucked little boys' dicks, thereby unambiguously accusing him of committing a specific crime. Short of actually naming a number of children he supposedly blew, it's hard to get more specific in a defamatory statement.Nick said Monty is a child molester. He said it as a fact statement. He then repeated it several times thereafter.
