Huh, didn't know Wu's Wikipedia article had been unlocked. You'd think she'd be all over making sure it was locked up tight.

I'm sure the fact that Rev 60 is finally (?) coming out is surely a coincidence and totally not an opportunity for Wu to whine about dem mean ol' goobygabbers harassing the Stunning and Brave Godzilla of Tech by fucking up her Wiki page.

All this bitching about Frank getting credit for her masterpiece and she doesn't even grab her own credit card to ensure the game is under her name? There's no way the greatest woman in tech doesn't have her own, right?

I mean, shit Brianna. Most stay-at-home moms have more autonomy than you.

As always, Wu probably set it up to show Frank's name so people tweet her about it and she can claim harassment.

That pretty much says it all, doesn't it?

:story:

I like how insecure Brianna's response is. Someone with nothing to hide would just say "Frank's credit card was on file with iTunes" The elaboration "happens to be", "not mine" and "sometimes is mine" are trying to unnecessary stress the point that she does have a credit card and that she also pays for stuff (i.e. she is not financially depending on Frank). So either she doesn't have one or is insecure because even if she has a credit card the bank account has money taken from Frank.

It seems more possible now that Frank is smart enough to keep the Femzilla of Tech on a financial leash.

Oh my fucking god! I think something just clicked in my brain.
So Brianna uses Frank's credit card for putting her baby into the AppStore?
The only fucking thing that made her somewhat relevant?
That does indicate that there is apparently no operational account for her company, right?
That it is all running over Franks accounts?

Guys, I don't think Brianna is the legal owner of Chessboard Holdings LLC. It's Frank.

I guess additionally to her Patreon dosh, she has a certain amount of pocket money, would explain why Miss Godzilla of Tech and award whining winning gamedev flies cattle class to stop off at rather unimpressive hotels to give speeches at rather uninteresting places such as Winnipeg.

Who would have thought that the end of the second thread and the possible release of her shitty game would both happen in such proximity. If it's really going to come out, all she plans to do is to milk the inevitable reaction for asspats and relevance in the SJW hierarchy of oppression anyway.

But it's certainly nice to know that Wu's a fraud through and through.
No college degrees, no driver's license, no credit card... no womb.

This might be a TLDR

One of my favourite things about Wu is when they use words that they have no idea of the actual meaning. It's usually used in an instance where a perfectly common word would suffice but Wu feels an inherent need to appear intellectually superior so they end up using a word they have perhaps heard/read a few times and not quite grasped the meaning. For example:

https://tweetsave.com/spacekatgal/status/766039248784887810

What Wu has typed:

"A woman's looks are COMPLETELY EXOGENOUS to her professional work."

What Wu is actually saying (even though exogenous really shouldn't be used in this context):

"A woman's looks originate from matters external to her work."

I can only assume Wu has briefly read some sort of economic or scientific article where they have used the words "exogenous variable", which means a variable that can affect a model but not be affected itself while the model builder has no control over the characteristics of the variable.

So what I think Wu was trying to say was:

"A woman's looks are independent from her work."

If I'm being generous I might think she was trying to say:

"A woman's appearance is dictated by factors outside of their professional environment but unfairly seems to have an impact on how they are treated within the professional environment".

But we all know she really was just saying that the way a woman looks should not affect their work.

I think we have here more likely a case of Brianna parroting something Frank said and which meaning she didn't quite understood. Also using that word is most likely an 'outgrowth' of her narcissism, the 'using big words to appear smart and impress' thing.

I kind of did tell you that Brianna Wu, Godzilla of Tech Feminism was a two-man job.

This was literally always the case. Frank is a majority stakeholder in the company, bankrolled Giant Spacekat during its formative years, and is one of its two remaining employees. Frank was always going to be the one to force Brianna to shit or get off the pot, and the fact that it's happened this way is fucking hilarious.

You're absolutely right, but even more so, there's the hilarious reality that "exogenous" is one of a select few words we Kiwis identified as "Wu words", which Johnny Flynt likes to abuse in writing when much simpler words would suffice and are, as you suggested, actually better suited meaning-wise.

I dunno if I can remember more than just a few, my Wu-memory seems to be exogenous from my brain tonight, so call goes out to @Jaimas , @Cynical, @Francis York Morgan and anyone else:

1. -The ever-popular "exfiltrate"

2. -"exogenous"

3. -"heuristics" in that venomously uncalled-for patronizing on the Susan's Place troon forum.....

4. "frangible", as if Johnny understands ballistics...

.....

...Any I'm missing? Help pad out the Wu-cyclopaedia! (Maybe the "No-Dick-tionary"? Nah, too obvious!)

A lot like Anita Sarkessian and Macintosh. She was his puppet for a long time until her popularity allowed her to ditch him. Her work has taken a noticeable drop in quality and quantity (not that it was ever good) without Macintosh to do the hard work.

If things had gone differently for Brianna and she'd actually managed to maintain her relevance and popularity I reckon she'd had dumped Frank by now simply because he's a source of secret shame. He is the gaping hole in Brianna's image of herself. She needs him because he's competent and she's not. GSK is a failure and Rev60 is stillborn. Brianna needs Frank's money and support because without him she's homeless, unemployable and worthless. I still don't see what Frank gets out of the deal though. A pet tranny to control? Why? He could get a far, far more beautiful woman shipped to him from some third world nation who would be far easier to control, equally dependant, not an embarrassment and, most importantly, an actual woman! Even if Frank's got a thing for trannies he could get a passable Thai ladyboy.

A Thousand times this. I've never understood. Perhaps they secretly bicker and argue constantly, thus justifying Wu's contsant Twitter-mockery of him? Dunno.

They're married so I don't think it would matter. It would be split up by equitable distribution like all the other property when they got divorced (or governed by whatever prenup they have if any).

She was his mouthpiece, maybe, but he was her puppet. Because he actually cares about that retarded bullshit he says. She doesn't.

It's so they can do the stuff they say they hate when other people do. Basically they're looking to justify their shitty behaviour.

"It's ok to hate white people because black people can't be racist"
"It's ok to burn down this neighbourhood because my anger is justified because I'm black"
"It's ok to segregate by race because we're trying to get justice"
"It's ok to force an unfair and incredibly biased law because we're trying to create equality"

They blame white people because it's the narrative, not seeing the low-key racism in saying that white people are responsible for everything and POCs are just helpless sheep caught up in the gravity well of Whiteness. Also, if you've spent the last ten years blaming all your problems on white people or excusing the shitty behaviour of a lot of very shitty people, you're going to have to admit you were wrong. Brianna's pride is what is standing in the way. She will never admit she was wrong and never ever ever admit that her whole world view has been wrong. This is true of almost all higher-up SJWs. They're tyrants, pure and simple. They're petty authoritarians and tyrants who want to force their will on everyone and do so with the approval of their own concious. This is why they hate it so much when any dares to speak against them. Every once in a while they might doubt themselves. They might see the light for an instant and be blinded by it, so they cover their eyes, plug their ears and scream until they've convinced themselves they are correct again.

I want to say that you can also argue that a lot of SJWs also have white privelege or have benefitted from it. Leah Albee in particular may inherit a dentists office and an apartment complex, yet cries about oppression. Anita and Zoe both come from rich families. Even Brianna who was adopted with rich parents and was able to work in Washington. That seems pretty priveleged to me.

I can't find any registration on the site of the Sec. of State for MA with any of the search methods available, not with the LLC name, using Brianna Walker Wu or Brianna Wu, but there is a listing on a premium lookup service that lists Wu as "Member" (hohohohoho) and nothing else.

I assume registration information for LLC's is public record, right?
