Honest answer: The same way anyone wanting to milk unemployment does it. Apply to CEO postings.

My guess here is that they'll pass that part off to the union. If you're in the teamsters or something just striking against a single employer, you could potentially go work another union job. I don't think its really that big of a deal except for the state medicaid; in commiefornia $450/week is where the meth addicts at the homeless camp start taking up a collection for you because they're concerned about how poor you are.

Counter Argument, California's residents are too hooked on narcotics and weed to care about budgeting. Other states see commiefornia for what it is a shithole filled with retards and rest of the world for that matter.

As such Pedowood should be walled off and treated like a penal colony where criminals can do whatever they want there as long they stay there. Rest of United States would be just fine I am sure.

I’ve said it before, I’ll keep saying it - you Americans should just wall off California Snake Plissken style, then put a PPV feed of the security footage inside. Might put a dent in the deficit - if nothing else it’d be more entertaining than anything that’s come out of Hollywood recently

With more cases of COVID being reported lately, it wouldn't surprise me if this bill was signed and California's governor said, "Oh, and since COVID numbers are increasing, I'm waiving the work search requirements."

I didn't read the article, but it wouldn't surprise me if California's state unemployment fund is negative since the state disincentivizes work and gives all sorts of gibs to the illegals and NEETS.

Huh, I might actually want more COVID lockdowns. Think about it, Disney's most reliable source of revenue is park attendance, but Newsom stomped on Iger's neck and turned a presidential hopeful into a pay piggy. Disneyland lost money and it contributed to their current financial problems. Another COVID scare would be yet another kick to Disney when they can't afford it.

As much of a fucking sped as I think Jimmy Fallon is, his song parodies legitimately make me laugh. 🤷‍♂️ Thankfully they all get posted to YouTube , otherwise I'd never know they existed, given the ocean of excrement to get to them around them on his show.

Hollywood as a whole has a severe case of unwarranted self-importance, and they all deserve what they get.

It is pretty fun to watch Hollywood crumble in real-time if only they didn't hire writers that told us that they didn't like us maybe more people would be supportive of their causes but nah.... that would require humility which these creatures lack.

The part about hiding the numbers from the investors is bang on the money and this will soon roll-out across the tech world.

Download figures for games, dlc, concurrent players, MAU, Social media accounts, Ad clicks, all of is artificially inflated to infinity and beyond.

As soon as one accounting book is opened and investors see one lie, they'll want all of them opened and the day of reckoning will begin.

To that end, the strike will have to continue forever.

This is one of the only smart things I’ve seen so far out of the strike. If you check the rolling stone thread, their co-founder was stupid to put his thoughts on who he feels are the greatest artists of all time. He spent 50 years fostering intersectionality and upper case black. It should have been a pure progressive stack piece and shitting on all of his old dead white friends. He could’ve taken a shot at that country independent kid and would have gotten praise for “punching up” despite being a multimillionaire media mogul.

Nobody watches Drew’s show outside being background noise at dentist offices, She’s rich, and this keeps her compliant with progressive stack 2023v2 rules. This will make her more money and be better for her standing long term. Ironically it is greedy to run a show during the strike. Not because this strike has merit, but that the industry does not. All that matters is to blend in and never go against the dogma. I’m somewhat impressed by her. I mean she sold her soul, may as well get the longest run you can on top while on earth.
