Jesus, I was really hoping Bowser would be a lolcow to provide some entertainment that didn’t involve horrorcow shit when I first found him. Why is every lolcow a god damn pedophile now? Earls whole fetish revolves around exposing children to porn. He 100% gets off on talking about exposing children to sexual imagery. The local/federal government/law enforcement wont do anything unless they are forced to do so. If you want this faggot taken care of, you need to make it as uncomfortable as possible for the local police department. You need to personally embarrass those who have chosen to protect the public. until they do so.
If that doesn't work, Im sure its rather easy to get in contact with just about every member of his local community.

if i'm not wrong, i know in america they have COPPA and other countries like UK or Canada (there's a joke to be made here somewhere) don't have specific laws for minors being able to register on social media. i'm not well versed on it because i don't google "legislation on minors on social media in other countries"

Personally, I'm not sure what LioConvoy's connection to the Bowser story is.
I can give you a brief rundown of LioConvoy, but please bear in mind I have little knowledge on who he is, I only read his entry on a different lolcow's thread.

LioConvoy's basically a toy/cartoon review channel who also does videos on drama surrounding bronies/furries. Lio is active on Discord on a server called The Senate. In this server is a vast array of girls aged around 17 that Lio calls his "daughters" and I'm pretty sure he does some kinda roleplaying with them.

Edit: I forgot to mention his predator hunting as mentioned after this post. I knew he went after Smash Bandicoot (holy shit that Egyptian nigga is insane) but I didn't know he regularly did it.

From my experience as someone who has and does roll within the same type of communities of pedo hunters as him, the ones who make it their entire existence and try to grift from it are normally the ones to keep an eye on. I have seen a few hunters turn out to be pedos. It's not as unusual as you think. I genuinely think staring in to the void can turn people insane. The idea that some people project isn't a meme, it's a very real thing. Normally there's specific telling signs such as how deranged they act while doing it. It's a reason I do the AI covers, while I put them out for others to enjoy I use them as an excuse to take a break from this shit and laugh when I feel especially depressed or dark with all this shit.

Slightly off-topic(?) but I have a disdain for many predator hunters. Now I don't mean I support predators, I think they should be ground up into dog food.
But what I mean is a lot of predator hunters are just doing it for clout. They have no idea how to do a proper investigation/sting operation, and end up fucking everything so much that all the evidence is void. The predator'll just go home and delete all his Discord messages because he's literally allowed to walk free after the in-person meetup.
Additionally, they won't be charged because of the predator hunters working without law enforcement.
A great example was the original EDP445 sting-op. Sure his life was fucked afterwards, but he was never charged with anything because those dipshit streamers screwed everything up.

There are some exceptions to the scummy predator hunter category, such as Anxiety War and everyone in the Discord server which got Earl away from kids. I applaud them both. Hell, even if Chris Hansen is a dipshit who kinda did do it for fame/TV-ratings, atleast he got numerous pedophiles busted and exposed.

If you're gonna do pedophile hunting, I'd recommend collecting all the evidence you can (screenshots, personal dox [legally acquire this]) whatever you can, and send it to the authorities.
I'm not a pedophile hunter myself, but I think plenty of people who do hunt pedophiles fuck up so that no charges can be pressed against the pedophile.
