I was at the Air Force museum on Saturday, I took probably terrible pictures. I haven't processed them yet, but I can always throw up some military airplanes if we want some man things in here. And yes, there were several groups of East Asian, including Japanese, and yes the non-Japanese ones were taking pictures with Bockscar as they do.

My thoughts on overuse of pickme / accusations and expansion of meaning were lost to the drive failure (and in another thread), but the pandering in this thread by someone supposedly locked up were too funny to ignore - and had nothing to do with picking/being picked by a mate.

I agree with you that good people looking for good people should make an effort.

Feminists tend to co-opt it using the idea that they're solving both, but it's more or less a tactic just to get people to shut up about men's issues because they're "working on it". The few times that I've seen activism for men's causes attributed to feminists, it was feminists claiming that something is feminist and therefore feminism is responsible.

Lately I've been getting into military history, mostly focused on the tools rather than the human side of it. If you know of any recommended reads, do share.
