So if some 13 year old transkid calls up and is talking about slicing their wrists, they cannot call the cops or they will be in explicit violation of TLL policy.

They need 3-5 people on at all times to keep up with volume, however the highest we ever saw was 3. Why is there no contingency communication plan here?? Some plan B to forward people someplace else?

Even if someone is fucking being assaulted they won't call the cops.
