Ah fuck I was thinking of Cyrus' father, my bad but that's how much I don't care about that side of the industry. I've been hearing pop from Elementary to College and my disdain for it has only grown. It's not good like some of the 80s to 90s modern pop is trash.

Nah, I'd say ComfySarah who married a groyper who supposedly abused and raped her, then threatened to murder her and their baby only for her to go back to him b/c muh horrible single mothers has it worse. Same with quiverfull pickmes like Anna Duggar. It's not an excuse for them keeping their children in harmful situations, but I certainly don't envy pickmes who ended up with violent sexual predators and abusers.

Healslut. My favorite class is paladin, but I have Warcraft confused with Minecraft. if my dear husband didn’t ask me to tag along in raid I would probably just wander around Azeroth 24/7 looking for minerals to mine and smith.

I alternate between paladins and speedy stealthy classes. Paladins in games where being a rogue or thief isn't as viable. I love going around giving people revivals in MMOs regardless of my class.
My ideal class would be a rogue-paladin hybrid.

To all my "pick me" ladies: How many times have you made a male character in an RPG to avoid getting unwanted incel attention? Be honest, you all know damn well it's every single time. And the fattest, grossest slob of a male in the group always plays some version of voluptuous bimbo who wants to sleep with every bartender in every town. Pretending he knows what we do and how we act because he spends too much time watching anime.

It’s just another way of getting women under control. Women exert social control in groups, with one setting the rules (the queen bee type) and the rest either falling under her or being expelled from the group for non compliance.
On Wednesdays we wear pink, etc. except of course you’re not as cool as Winona Ryder, but you can dream.
Any woman who tries to get away and act independently of the group gets mercilessly shot down using whatever psychological wedge works. For some it’s just mobbing and the threat of ejection from the group. For others it’s an attack on aspects of personality - she is a slut, she is a need, she is a pick me - whatever works. And the pick me meme is this. What are you? Desperate for male attention? How pathetic. Behave more like us, or else.
Women are not allowed to exist as lone actors. Men are, so such women mistakenly think that by acting more like men they may gain acceptance. That doesn’t work because men don’t like women that much either and they certainly don’t see us as equals. Not often I agree with germline Greer but she was right on that one. Just look round this website, at least half of the men have a real hatred for women.
So you’re screwed if you don’t comply with the female enforcers. They’re a bit like that all female ISIS morality police squad. The women all hate you and the men don’t like you either. Women hope that one man will replace a whole female tribe, that doesn’t work either but it is at least a strangely that could potentially work.
If you accept that, it’s not all bad, as long as you don’t mind not being social. It’s certainly better than trying to not piss off the heathers of the world. Accept being outside, of male and female socialisation and you find things bother you a lot less.

I just prefer how male characters look in most games. The armor and voices are almost always much cooler.

I think part of that might be biological in some respects. Women are physically weaker than most men and have more strength being in groups or pairs rather than alone. My husband (then fiancé), would drive me home from one of my night classes in college because of fear something would happen if I was alone at night. Women that go to bars together will often try to stay together in case a guy gets too predatory. A great way to solve this would be loosening gun restrictions and allowing women to carry everywhere, but many women’s organizations seem to be against that.
Likewise, a man could have a better chance just being a loner at nighttime more than a woman can. Men are better at fighting off other men, and will generally look more intimidating so they don’t get approached. It isn’t that women can’t be loners, it’s that I think it’s detrimental or sometimes even dangerous if they are.

I’m just done with being told how to ‘be.’ Not tall enough. Not pretty enough. Too quiet, too gobby. Not sexy enough. Mainly I just don’t engage. But…
When I had my kids you kind of have to engage and it was like an onslaught of Other Peoples Opinions. You MUST do this. You must do this for this long, oh they don’t sleep well you must break them with sleep training, or not becasue that means you’re a monster. Breastfeed? Well you must but not for longer than I did becasue I did it right. Oh they haven’t started doing x yet? Oh you feed them that? Shame on you! And the men in the group are lauded for just ‘baby is alive and dressed for the weather.’
You get to a point you just no longer care. If men think I’m not terribly attractive or that women are inferior to them then whatever, I dont care any more. It’s amusing when it’s men lecturing me on women’s mental inferiority I guess but I can’t exactly power level and say who I am. Smile and nod.
As for women - I am completely unable to keep up with viper pit that is group female socialisation and I have never been able to so I dont bother with that either. That has led to some screeching that I simply must engage. I simply must not do x or y.
You get to an age you just dont give a shit any more. All of it can fuck off
A lot of stuff directed at men/boys is more fun. The clothes are comfier. The toys are better. The interaction is more straightforward. And if you like them more then the women screech you hate them, the men resent it as encroachment and the troon lobby these days sharpens it’s claws.
You can’t win. If you like knitting you’re boring and if you like Lego piss off the boys are playing.

One thing I’ve noticed with guys is that some will say they desire a woman that has more male interests, but also get mad at women wanting to be part of male dominated hobbies, claiming it’s invasive. If women then create their own group within a male dominated hobby, it’s open to getting lots of mockery. A lot of spaces used to be traditionally male that arguably shouldn’t have been, in cases like gaming, which appeals to both men and women. I do think some feminists just went overboard and started to call anything men like as “sexist” or “problematic,” but it shouldn’t negate the fact that some men will desire very contradictory things. Like how women should just be made to put up with being treated like they’re lesser in male dominated hobbies. Men can’t have it both ways, and if they desire women that are interested in male hobbies, they shouldn’t alienate those that want to be part of it.

Yeah I agree on the hobby thing. I have some very stereotypical female hobbies (sewing, knitting, making stuff) but I also have some more male oriented ones, and I’ve seen that. You either let the girls play with you or let them form their own groups and leave them alone.
There’s a lot of contradiction on what men say they want and what they actually do (as there is for women.)
They say they want a submissive tradwife but they are also jacking off to porn online and living like tomcats. If you want the pure chaste church girls, you need to be in that sphere and live that life. Why would a pure chaste religious trad type go for a guy who isn’t the same as her? Then there’s resentment that gets bordering on spite when girls say no.
I remember going on a date with a guy years ago and randomly running into his mother in the cafe we were in. She proceeded to tell me that she would only accept PhD or MD level qualified girls for her precious son but also expected them to immediately quit whatever job they had and devote themselves to him. I mean the pool of girls who would do that is pretty small and they had this absolutely set mindset on it. It’s as bizzarre as women insisting they need a rich six foot four guy, and won’t settle for anything less.
There just seems to be this background of both sexes hating each other and resenting each other. Men want sex, so they can’t use sex to get what they want. Women can. Rejected men see it as something that needs an ‘I hate all women’ response and rejected women go too far in wanting to be accepted.
I think we do need a depressing sticker. Maybe one for ‘beyond Islamic’ as well, given current year.
