Intentionally designing the character to be "cool" and ride around on a skateboard all the time gives me really bad Simpsons Poochy vibes.
Judging by the clip it seems the episode itself doesn't directly mention anything regarding nonbinary stuff and just has this kinda ambiguous looking character so it could be worse I guess.

The imagery says a lot about their ideology. The nonbinary person is a *person*, whereas all the cis are dogs, and cops at that. The enby is always centered whenever they are there, because of course they are.

This bitch can't handle seeing anything that isn't rainbow-tinted. She can't even support Black Lives Matter without shoving "queer" in there despite George Floyd not being a "black queer life". Now that she was able to worm her way into writing for a Paw Patrol spinoff, it's suddenly not "copaganda" and approved for consumption.
It's the most mature content they can handle. Anything made for actual adults or above the age of 9 is too triggering.
That's basically what every single one of these "FIRST LGBTQ+ CHARACTER EVER" type characters always are. A noble, badass poochie expy added in to get some positive press from mentally and emotionally stunted gays and troons on Twitter.
All that really happens in these episodes are that the characters are referred to as "they/them" with maybe a token explanation of what the fuck a "nonbinary" is for all the preschool kids watching. In every other language this character is going to be dubbed with a female voice and referred to as female.

I mentioned this previously, on the first pages, I think: these people are undeveloped, both mentally and emotionally. Their minds can't really function around more sophisticated media, so that's all you see them consume. Same reason why people like Lindsay target kids: they can't really socialize with normal adults their ages because normal adults don't consume children's cartoons; their kids do.
When people like we here in the board criticize infiltration of lgbt propaganda in kid's media it's because we worry about what actual children -specially our children- are watching. You can have all gay shows you like as long as it's targeted for adults, or at least, teenagers. When these people say that children should watch them, they also mean themselves. They can't watch adult shows; they want their cartoons to be adult because they watch them and they don't want children to want something for themselves alone.

You can always just expose your kids to older media that either you or your parents grew up with.
I would much rather my kids watch the 80s G.I Joe or King Arthur and the Knights of Justice (1992) instead of the garbage streaming services are putting out these days. It’s not too hard to pirate either series.
At least they’re just straight up entertaining macho shows with the occasional morals on good behaviors, instead of being outright indoctrination material.
