Why would they care about a society that is fundamentally broken and resents them? They don't own anyone anything.

That being said I would still advocate against that life style for self interest reasons. If you get me tooed and you ain't Jhonny Depp you are fucked. And that lifestyle makes such accusations very easy.

Social as in what you do as a person not what you do in society. I don't care about society regardless so I'm gonna do my own thing and if someone follows me side=by=side then it happens.

This is my whole thing about relationship strategies. Women general suck at relationship maintenance strategies because "Be naked, bring beer," is a viable path for them. They don't have to work at it, so they never develop it. It's like that Patrice bit, where the women in the audience self-define as a series of holes, a lot of modern women have no clue how to keep a relationship running outside of sex and bring nothing else to the table.

Most of them can't cook or clean effectively and that shit's easy. I lament the state of modern women because I love women, but they sure don't make it easy sometimes.

It was 2 or 3 by my count. I don't mind either since it's entertaining, but it's funny to see how much of a non-issue the thread is that they can't even engage with the topic yet somehow it's still dangerous.

The stereotypes about jocks seem to mostly copes by losers or they only apply to niggers. At least in my high school the athletic kids also got the best grades and were pretty well behaved. Most white athletes are on the honor roll even in NCAA D1. Maybe I wasn't in enough of a redneck area to experience trashy white jocks.

I'm not from America so highly competitive high school sports are foreign to me and the only close interaction I've had with athletes are amateurs who play recreationally and I have to say they're some of the most decent guys I've ever met. The athletes at school were assholes just because most people at my school were, but on the whole, someone who practices a sport and really takes getting good and winning seriously is probably a pretty decent and sensible person. Discipline, patience, and humility are all part of being a decent athlete. They know they're shit compared to what they could be and they work hard to get better. This is true even of the amateur baseball players here who play about 20 games in a season.

This is something that has always shocked me about women. They LOVE talking about rape. I had a really stodgy, uptight professor in college. She was your typical man-hating gen-x turbo dyke. She could hold a conversation, but was generally reserved. One day someone from the school's counseling office came in to advertise the sexual assault services and she lit up like a christmas tree.

She started rattling off statistics and giving impassioned speeches. It was like she was waiting to talk about rape. She went on about it like an autistic kid talking about Sonic. It was something to behold.

I think most of the nerd vs. jock shit comes from 80s movies about that subject, since in my experience there was always overlap between the two groups and generally they get along. I think it's the projection of the striver theaterkid types who want to hang with the cool kids, but get shot down.
