I can't screencap it well as a mobilefag, but his hair looks just as shitty as it did earlier this week.
It's looking awfully thin and that part is getting wider and wider.

Get the girl a burger.
Weeping Jesus on the cross, what happened to her? She's downright emaciated.

Why is her upper chest tensioned like that? Her hair looks stringier and thinned to my eyes--malnutrition or stress? Her face is notably withdrawn and her neck is the same. I think you can even see recesses in her shoulders, under the dress straps.

I can't tell which cookie cutter this is exactly, it is near the highway but not really near the exit. So all the noise, none of the convenience. Which I mean for an AirBnB whatever I guess, but to me that suggests he didn't have a local to tell him "nah bro, not there".
I think it can be a plus if the idea is the place is for large groups to come there to party. Like a bachlorette party or whatever. If the other properties around are either industrial places or other short term rentals it's much less likely for someone to complain than in an actual hotel, and it's still reasonably close to downtown.

My question is what's going on with the other bedrooms? There are 4 bedrooms.

Nick and Kayla take one.

Were other people staying with Nick and Kayla or did Nick get so coombrained when he saw "Playboy" that he decided he had to stay there and let the rooms stay empty?

Wait, he spent nashville at a literal shrine to gooning and being a coomer?
Imagine doing all this just to have sex with our wife instead of just not watching any more porn so you start being attracted to real life women again.
Even just based on what Nick says and not the staying at the porn mag themed property, It increasingly is hard to avoid the inference that there's something wrong with his way of thinking, probably that he has some sort of serious problem with porn and/or sexuality.

And when I say "problem", I don't mean "he watches too much porn and his wife doesn't like that" but rather that, regardless of the quantity of porn he consumes at this moment, he seems to have gotten to "pornsick" status where he struggles to distinguish between porn and reality.

He has talked about how he "[hates] women so much" because if he was a woman it would be so easy for him to do degenerate stuff for money. That was from May. I went back and posted that clip recently.

Right after that quote, this guy, who is probably comfortably in millionaire territory and has a substantial deal with Rumble (whether it's 6 figures, 7 figures, whatever), talks about how jealous he was about this couple he talked to at an "event" who make $6k/month doing porn. But they're two people so it's really just $3,000 per month per person. That doesn't seem like a great deal to have that "content" of you out there not just now but forever.

The stuff he came out with on his first show back from Nashville was even more insane. Apparently kids won't be ashamed of their parents doing porn and instead they will be thrilled about the amount of money they're making.

And apparently, and I did write this quote down, "talk to kids today, and what they want to be, almost all of them want to be some sort of content creator or influencer", and he shortly after that adds to that by saying "there's gonna be a bunch of girls who wanna be OnlyFans stars because, get fucking rich FAST, FAST, if they get any notoriety at all".

"Totally delusional" is probably the absolutely most charitable way I can describe that opinion. He presents it as a generational difference but what it really is that between the porn, whatever weird fucked up places they go to in person, and the Camelot and Juju crew he now hangs out with online and sometimes in person, he has clearly determined that everyone is really as obsessed with sex as he is and it makes total sense to him that OnlyFans content creation is a license to print money and carries zero stigma at all.

Call it pornsick, call it coombrained, but between the alcohol and the cooming obsession the things that come out of his mouth give the impression that his mind has totally rotted.

Maybe Rekieta literally doesn't understand the concept of grooming.

He and Sally were on Twitter defending the idea of sexual relationships between a 16 year old girl and a 30 year old man for as long as the age of consent was 16 or younger. Because I guess if it's legal it's okay. The moral aspect doesn't seem to be relevant to them I guess. Even Ralph is smart enough not to cross that rhetorical line LMFAO.

Not sure what the thinking is here because it sounds like jumping off the deep end, but maybe Nick is auditioning for a potential Cozy channel as a bargaining chip ahead of his Rumble negotiations.

He's also wrong, he's confusing Chris Cooper, the actor in american beauty with doug hutchinson, who married courtney stodden.

Cooper and his wife on the left here. Hutchinson on the right with stodden.
What was the context he brought that up in?

He brought up the same thing (apparently with the same confusion) some weeks ago when Dick was on. It was clipped, and a local archive is here if you click through to the post:

Courtney Stodden (Unlisted/deleted?)

Intellectual dishonesty to defend Men fucking young girls half their age? What the fuck is happening? Mind you, the other person invoked the term "underage," so it means whatever they meant when they introduced it to the conversation, and it clearly meant "under the age of majority" or the age of adulthood, which is eighteen.

He was talking about the age gap relationships and mistook "the neighbor from american beauty"(chris cooper) for that other guy that married courtney stodden when he was like 50 and she was like 16. Stodden's parents gave permission so it was "legal."

Can't wait till Rekieta explains the difference between hebephilia and pedophilia.
Okay friend, let me explain something to you since you seem to be new here. Hebephilia is NOT the same thing as pedophilIa. I'm sick and tired of you trolls popping up everywhere and spreading BLATANT misinformation. In many countries hebephilia is considered normal and healthy . Human beings have a natural attraction to girls who are going through puberty. Being attracted to girls who are pre-pubescent is fucking sick and disgusting, but only in the US does there seem to be an unwarranted taboo around a healthy and normal condition. My head hurts. I'm just trying to get my real life back.

I'm not a lawyer, not that it means much here; and sure shit may vary by state and such, but there is generally an age of majority, and sure certain things are allowed with parental consent. But let's not be coy here, if it weren't creepy fucking Hollywood millionaires, consent wouldn't have happened. And even if you want to go the parental consent route; they needed to give consent to make it legal, ergo, by definition, she was underage, because if she wasn't, she wouldn't need a fucking permission slip.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't 3k before taxes pretty much the full time low skilled worker wage in the US these days? Even over here 3k USD per month doesn't sound remotely impressive.

Not doing accurate math, because shit doesn't always line up perfectly, so we're winging it a bit.

40 hour work week and roughly 4 weeks a month (28 days) for 160 hours a month.

$3000 / 160 hours = $18.75/hour

Numbers add up, pretty good. Though, these would be California numbers, I imagine states like Mississippi and other lower cost of living ones don't even manage that.

The development is very clearly in an area that hasn't woken up to banning short-term rentals. I knew of plenty of rentals that were in nice areas of the city with good views.

Its Geographically close, but travel wise its not due to the way the exits align. You have to take the highway, which means getting in with everyone else. Though tbcf a nothing weekend in September the traffic shouldn't be bad. And I'd imagine you're going to be blasted when you get back to care about the highway noise.
The only thing it has reasonable surface street access to would be the Football stadium and even that is sort of yeee - the surface streets you have access to are going to be filled with East Nashville hipsters and people from kentucky. You're already going to be mixed up in the shit with everyone else. Like for the time you'll be spending getting in from there for a Titans game (or concert), you could just get a place in Goodletsville for probably 1/5 to 1/10 the cost and maybe spend an extra 10 minutes traveling.

$500 off-season in Nashville you should be stumbling distance to some sort of bar. Hell you should be in downtown.

You'd be much better off going south of the city if you're wanting to get crunk downtown - you can take a plethora of surface streets down up the city and avoid the worst of the shit. Or get dropped off in a place your ride doesn't need to navigate the absolute shitshow and catch a Joy Ride (street legal Golf carts that you tip that can take bike lines and lane-split) the rest of the way into the madness.

The whole business model is suckering in out-of-towners with no local knowledge or contact (which is sort of the business model of nearly everything in Nashville to be fair) because they see how close the dot is on the map and their brains stop working so they don't think "Hey wait a minute, there is a river and only two bridges that cross it and I'm not near the on-ramp, and getting TO downtown will require using one of 4 exits that everyone else is going downtown will also be using."

Not doing accurate math, because shit doesn't always line up perfectly, so we're winging it a bit.

More reasonable shorthand is to take Hourly Rate * 2000 (or divide yearly salary by 2000). 52 weeks in a year, 40 hours a week, 2080. Then figure you'll probably lose two weeks of income over the year for being sick/vacation/etc.

So 3,000 x 12 = 36,000; 36,000 / 2,000 = $18/hour.
That's a burger flipper in Commiefornia, a shift manager towards the east, or an entry level white collar in rural areas. Except that's all 1099 income, not W-2, so chop that number in about half once payroll is done with you. I was always told "If you're going to an hourly 1099, take your yearly salary and divide by 1,000; don't take a job for less than that. If its an hourly W-2, divide by 1500-2000

(Though most likely that couple has some sort of side-hussle/part time job (or even just simps buying amazon wishlist in exchange for feet pictures))

Some thoughts about Nick and porn:

I can think of two things I would be truly disturbed by if I found out my husband was watching
1. Sadism or sexual violence (not talking about light bondage and spanking)
2. Onlyfans . It's a very different thing to catch your husband watching a LIVE porn performance (and paying to do so).
We can assume a much younger woman, obviously. That would hit any wife where it hurts, but after Nick's remarks about "her ruined body", ouch.
Nick being an Onlyfans whale to some chick might also explain why Kayla "has a shed full of stuff". If my husband was acting like that, and I didn't feel like I could leave,
passive-aggressive revenge spending might be way to "even things out".

Just speculating.

During part of the Nina Infinity stream tonight on YT, they got into discussing age of consent and the differences between rape and rape-rape (though he didn't actually use that term). I think at one point Nick may have been arguing for pedo to only apply to situations involving the pre-pubescent. On the rape thing, Nick seemed to be leaning toward the idea that rape should only be used to describe penetration with penis under violence or maybe threat of violence.
I think alot of it was in the context of defending Russell Brand.

It was tough to listen to. It was equally boring and disgusting.

And remember, they don't get any retirement or healthcare benefits, so they're setting up their own 401k/ROTH and getting on Obamacare. Nick has to be a sex addict, there's no way any sane person would be envious of having your gaped asshole broadcast to the planet to live at best a lower middle class lifestyle.

Oh, that's easy. He is, or was in the past, jerking it to teenagers and now he's coping. Many such cases.

he likes his women "so thin it's unhealthy"
Ugh, really? This guy gets creepier with every word uttered. (FWIW, his wife does not look emaciated to me. The angle and lighting both emphasize shadows and she doesn’t look particularly thin anyway. Maybe that’s why Nick won’t stop turning to porn — Kayla insists on consuming food instead of eating Kleenex and sniffing cinnamon sticks in lieu of meals.)

But his fixation on porn and fucking teens is genuinely disturbing at this point. (No wonder he and Dax Herrera hit it off.) The divorce can’t be too far off now.

I'm bearish on any sort of divorce arc, if only because:

A. She's kind of a cumbrain herself
B. There are probably thousands, if not millions of women who overlook their husband's objectionable sexual preferences
C. Even if she takes him to the cleaners, Nick would probably pull a Ralph and lose everything tripling down on his self destructive tendencies so she'd be just as broke, and I doubt her fundamentalist family and the homeschool she sends her kids to would be eager to pitch in support
