Hey Stephen King was born today and even though I think his books are dogshit it cannot be denied that his portrayal of violence against women in his writing has taken misogyny to dazzling new heights.

I had a complete loser social circle (including me) for a while and somehow they most of them got laid from time to time with little effort.

So high standards can't really be it, one guy I knew earned little more than minimum wage while his gf pulled in 150k a year (comparable to 200k-250k in Murica), she dumped him because he cheated.

Another guy was an unemployed weedslob with his gf being a doctor, got dumped too, I wonder why.

Social Media may have raised female standards but that is way more true the other way around.

One thing you have to remember though about the advice that is given to in the other thread:

All this stuff about hygiene, helping out with chores, attentiveness, flowers, commitment is something that women want from men they are already attracted to.

You can fullfil all that, if the woman feels no attraction, it does not matter.

This is why women giving men dating advice is always useless, they will try to turn you into what they want their bf to be, not into what they would fuck.

They want the men that they love to do this, but these things are not the reason they slept with them or began a relationship with them.

Part of the reason why there seem to be no decent men is that women are looking among the few they are attracted too, the rest is just invisible to them.
This is really nobody's fault, nobody should feel obliged to settle for someone they are not attracted to.

I think theres also the emotional aspect, no man I know would start hating an entire section of society based on arbitrary standards or characteristics just cause they face shit from one person. But most of this is correct, I want to refute it but unfortunately I cant and thats very blackpilling, knowing people wont like you based on arbitrary standards or past mistakes or something else like that. I would like to have girl friends though even if I dont get to fuck or have relationships for my entire life cause I dont get to interact with women outside family, it would be nice to have a close acquaintance who is different to you with a different pov. Its a massive misunderstanding to just say "men who want female friends just want to fuck them eventually".
